Kurt with Tech2Call was great. His installation of my new TV was completed promptly and efficiently. I already had a home theater sound system for my old TV and Kurt connected the new TV to the sound system with no problem. He got the new TV set up and running, showed me its features and answered my many questions. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. The service he provided was excellent and I was completely satisfied.

The delivery and set up agents were the best! Brianna was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in explaining all aspects of the new tv I purchased as well as answering any questions. Her helper was also extremely friendly.

Edward and Ash were right on time, polite, professional, and patient. They carried heavy equipment up a grassy slope to get everything safely into the house without complaint and without any mishaps. Their tech savviness was evident, and they were helpful and kind in guiding me through my part in the set-up portion requiring my input. They were exceptionally customer-service oriented---Best Buy is lucky to have these capable staffers representing them. How impressive!

The guy who came to set up our tv was awesome. He was very patient and showed us how to use the remote for the t.v. We also had speakers from our old tv and he showed us how to use them with the new t.v. Awesome service!!!

Very nice young men to setup this TV. All though they had a lot of knowledge they had some issues like how to setup the TV on its stand. Quick to point out that some things I still needed to use would not be possible. As this was their last call of the day they seemed to be more interested on getting home. This call was put on them at the last minute by someone else. No instructions about how to use this product that might have been needed.

Paid a lil extra for delivery & set up.... WORTH IT! Gentlemen were on time, quick, knowledgeable, would def use again.

Jonathan, the Geek Squad representative, was absolutely wonderful! He was very considerate of my technical challenges and walked me through everything I need for my best viewing experience! The set up of my new Samsung 33” was smooth and perfect!

This 65 inch Samsung Tv is fantastic. The picture is quite clear and crisp. When watching you feel as those you are part of the movie, etc. Amazing! However I could not give it 5 stars because the sound is skipping and pausing whenever I turn it on. It occurs throughout viewing experience. The Samsung sound bar has been replaced as well as the TV itself and this pausing behavior is still happening. It is very frustrating! I love the tv but now am exchanging it for another comparative brand: LG C2.

Geek squad installed Netflix and my computer to TV's. great help for this senior who is NOT tech savvy. Also supplied advice as to other computer questions /concerns. Super polite and patient. Thanks and LOVE the Geek Squad Vans!!!!

The technician, Matt Anderson, was AMAZING!!!! He did a great job installing the tv and explaining to us how to use a Smart Tv. Our tv was a dumb one, and the Smart tv is new to us!

This service was excellent and highly recommended for senior citizens as two people are required to properly lift the TV. Also. The two gentlemen who came were outstanding. Very nice, courteous and knowledgeable.
