The 3 people that came to my house to install our 2 tv. They were very professional and very understanding to both me and my husband. Neither one of us are very technical and they were so very helpful and kind to us.

Having the Geek Squad set up my new TV and existing sound system was the best $99 I ever spent. Delivery was a breeze and the squad was very professional. Took their time to walk us through the use of the TV and remotes since we have Direct TV also. Customized the home screen to our needs.

These guys were a joy to watch. They got with the plan and as one they had the television up and playing. From there they followed up with evolving final setup and intructions of all equipment. BRAVO!

I like my new Samsung TV very much, however, I find the new modern remote very difficult to find what I want to watch. It took the Geek installer almost an hour to install and set up my YouTubeTV as my app. I don't wish to watch Samsung + and all the "old" tv series. I am considering switching to my google chrome remote, but haven't yet. I also think the TV is slow to turn on.

They came to install my new Samsung TV. They were prompt and knew what they were talking about. We hit a snag in installation and they were able to give me the exact steps I would need to do in order to fix the problem. I followed their instructions and the TV works great. Thank you for a great job.

The agents were wonderful. They made sure I knew how to work the tv and all the extras, They were courteous, pleasant and I would love to have them install anything else I purchase. Very neat. Took cardboard and packing with them. Left no mess whatsoever.

Techs did a great job mounting the TV on the wall and making all the connections. Gave really helpful instructions on using the remote and getting into settings. Cleaned everything up and took the box when they left.

the agents set up my TV and explained many of the features. They also hooked up mu current surround system using a HDMI adaptor. The agents were polite and considerate and patient.

The agent was so nice and worked in a timely manner. He delivered, connected tv to other devices, and took us through the many features available on the tv. Geek Squad had called and changed our appointment to arrange for the pickup and disposal of an older tv. The agent knew about the pickup but not that it was a big heavy tv. A tense moment but he handled it!

Excellent picture quality and I’m very happy with it.

Connected it up ok. Was worth it for the delivery, unboxing & connections. Saved me about 30 minutes. Instructions on controls was good. Installer did not connect the sound bar to the internet & download the latest software. I needed to do that myself to troubleshoot a loss of sound issue. (Thank you internet)

Two members of the Geek Squad delivered and set up our new 75 inch tv. They observed COVID precautions. One member remained to program the tv. He was very pleasant and answered all our questions. Well worth the price.

The gentlemen who set up my new TV did so very efficiently and did things I would have thought of. They also addressed any other tech questions/issues I had. I only wish I had thought of a few more while they were here. Definitely worth the small fee!
