The GEEK SQUAD saved us from countless hours of do-it-yourself agony. It was clear that they had set up countless TVs. They explained how the equivpement worked and stayed with us, coaching us on how to use the equipment. Now, I want them back...I've decided to mount the TV on the wall!

The techs were very helpful and connected all devices and even put in needed passwords to be sure TV was ready to view. Very friendly and efficient

The agents were very approachable and friendly. They worked quickly to install the TV and made sure there were no malfunctions several times! My TV looks great in the living room because the agents worked very hard and amazingly!

Geek squad will here as scheduled. Did a great job and setting my TV up and showing me how to use. Did have to call in with a question later, because I forgot everything we talked about. Very friendly to me.

My wife got this for Father's day and it was the best gift ever. I've been meaning to get my TV connect and setup completed since we moved into our new place but time has just not been my friend. This took the headache out of trying to fit it into my schedule and now we can enjoy our TV!

Service took over an hour to get working. After he left all worked great. Four hours later the device turned on but got the wrong input, the sound bar came on but no sound. Not satisfied with the products and would never recommend the tv or the myharmony remote to anyone. We wanted a tv that any idiot could operate. I hope we are above that level, but we are unable to operate it. We were told by a salesman that it could run a certain app but later found that it cannot independently run it by itself. Your sales help need to be more clear. The remote is very complicated. So many buttons and options that it takes going to a class to figure how to work it. It was supposed to take up to 45 minutes to set up. It took a professional almost double that time. We were charged for setting up the remote and for helping with Pandora. When he got here I had already figured out Pandora but we were still charged for this part of the serves. Why would any pay for a tv the required training to use. Not happy with this. What is a person to do to get this stuff working so that it will simply work every time? I thought the geek that came out did ok but is there a class on how to turn on a tv? He explained it but nothing he said worked. I can recommend the geek but I cannot recommend Best Buy.

Our installer was friendly and knowledgeable. On time and dressed well. He was able to answer all of my questions concerning our new Samsung 43 in. tv.

Wow! These guys really know their stuff. Very polite, communicative and competent. Made the set up look simple, and answered my questions clearly. the last time I did my own set-up. Really glad I had the pros do it this time. Also they took away my old equipment.

My setup was a easy one. They were fast. AND answered any questions I had. Cleaned up and removed the old TV

When you get as old as I am, having a TV delivered, connected and setup by the Geek Squad was a real blessing. I would have bought the TV much sooner had I known this service was available.

Best tv I have seen yet. Sound is really good without a sound bar. Only one thing, on some shows if it is night then you are looking at a black screen with just sound. Not many shows but a few we have seen.

The Geek Squad agents that delivered & setup my new TV were top rate ~ friendly, respectful & VERY knowledgeable. They made sure I understood how everything worked and NEVER talked down or acted superior (even though their knowledge was!!!) This was the best money I spent, hands down!

The agent was awesome. He made sure that the Sony sound bar, and the Sony blue ray player was all hooked up properly to the Sony TV along with my digital TV box. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and hooked up properly with the sound bar and subwoofer so we got the best surround sound. The guy really knew his stuff. I was so relieved after he came to my house to set up everything properly.

The agent who set up my 4K TV was excellent. The agent was very thorough and explained everything as well as checking the set and hook-ups. Everything worked perfectly and the picture is great.
