Your agents, all three of them, were most helpful and efficient at setting-up our new tv and getting it operational for us.

Geek Squad did not have an available time on the day I needed. So I went with Best Buy Independent Installation Contractors & they were wonderful. Abraham delivered & setup my 55” Samsung Oled S95D tv . Very efficient & knowledgeable.

He arrived on time and set up the new TV. He even offered solutions to prevent another cat-astrophe. The first TV was broken by one of my cats. He also removed the old TV. He made sure that everything was synced up. I was very happy with the experience.

Installing TV was okay but not enough time for teaching elderly on the use of the remote. Of course the men knew what to do which was good but this should include more time on use of remote for the TV.

Geek squad called before arriving and arrived on time. They were very competent, professional and pleasant.

The Geek Squad agent came to our house and helped us get our HD TV on the right setting and explained how to use it. He was very nice and very helpful.

The installers from Geek Squad installed and connected my new TV quickly and expertly. They also moved the old TV to a new location and installed and connected it with the same efficiency as they did with the new TV.

The two agents who last came to my home got my 55-inch QLED TV installation right. The first two were limited because my DIRECT TV equipment needed an update. Second two that came out had shoes covered when walking into my den and started by checking out exactly what they needed to do, organized their tools accordingly and then explained totally what they were going to do and explained as they went along. They assured me confidently they were gong to have everything set up properly and I could relax and leave the task up to them. AND THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.; leaving cords neatly wrapped and my den clean and neat as they found it. I WAS SO VERY PLEASED WITH THESE TWO TECHNICIANS THAT IT MAKES ME WANT TO,PURCHASE MORE ELECTRONICS AT BEST BUY. When I do buy more things, I will wait longer just to have these two Geek Squad techs come again.
