Did a great job of setting up my TV and helping me set up YouTube TV!

The fellow that mounted my tv ,did a great job. He was very knowledgable and very helpful in locating in placing it in a perfect location. He also did thorough job cleaning up .

Dave Schwartz was great, he had everything set up in no time, helped us get the new TV connected to our WiFi which we hadn't done on our old set. He was helpful in showing us how to use the remotes and where to find all the things we wanted to access on our new TV.

The agents arrived at specific time agreed upon and connected the supplemental devices without issue. Agents were patient and thoroughly answered my many questions. Highly impressed!

The 2 men that came to setup and deliver the tv were excellent and patient. We’re senior citizens that can get confused by new remotes, new features, etc. After they left we called with questions and they actually had to come back to add on a feature we didn’t want the first trip. All in the same day. Great service and so, so glad we used them and didn’t try to do the installation ourselves. We would have returned it to the store out of frustration without their help!

My wife tried to talk me out of hiring the Geek Squad to deliver and set up our new TV. I promised her she would be glad that I did this and boy was I right. Hamilton from the Durham NC Best Buy delivered the TV, followed all of my wife's OCD COVID restrictions and did a perfect Job installing and setting it up for all of the "extras" - better than perfect. Hamilton even stayed around to check our other TVs from Best Buy - that I set up myself - but Hamilton was able to add features of which, I was unaware. Also, I am a huge COSTCO fan but realize that if price is not your biggest issue, Best Buy and the Geek Squad give you that extra quality at a great value.

Geek Squad delivered and installed our new Samsung TV. Excellent installation and adjustments. (Relatives have a Samsung that they installed themselves and the picture has never been right.) When our tech-savvy son is not available, we are very grateful that the Geek Squad is around.
