Technician was friendly and followed safety measures. The tv was set up within several minutes. He made sure I understood the tv and answered all my questions.

All good except, we were missing the TV remote. We had a Firestick but then realized that we needed it for an upgrade date. All good though, after having to purchase one separately.

I bought this Samsung 65" to replace my 7 yr old Samsung 65" TV which needed to be replaced for several years now. I am very pleased with the service I received from Best Buy, from the installation to the set up.. They were very friendly and knowledgeable which made this transaction very pleasant for me. Needless to say, I am very pleased and highly recommend Best Buy and their knowledgeable and friendly Geek Squad, who I am confident will be there to assist me if there any problems if any should any arise.

Greek Squad is a must with the larger TVs. They quickly assembled and set up the TV and took away the box and old TV. Thanks!

The agents installed my new TV without any hiccups; explained the basic operation of the new TV. Had paid to have my old TV removed which was done properly. Did a great job totally.

Don't underestimate the importance of having the Geek Squad setup your 77 inch LG OLED TV. We almost returned our TV three days after we received it because of the problems we encountered with the quality of the color, problems with the sound quality, and constant screen "Jumping" while watching Netflix. Austin and Jeremy from the Geek Squad made so many setting adjustments not only to our TV, but also to each of our devices. It was incredible to watch the number of adjustments that needed to be made to make the TV look and sound perfect. They had a solution for the problems we had encountered and made the necessary adjustments. Don't make the mistake of trying to setup this TV yourself unless you have a considerable amount of training or knowledge.

I combined this with setting up my Bose audio system, and other components. As I posted earlier this is an easy setup and could likely have done myself. This was a real turnkey operation. In and out in less than an hour everything working fine
