The only thing I wish they could have done is to arrange the icons on the home screen with our most used (YouTube TV) at the top. A previous Geek Squad technician did that on our other TV. These technicians said they didn't have a way of doing that.

Geek squad sent a subcontractor that just installed tv and could not get it working correctly. Had to have a real Geek squad member come back out and did a excellent job setting up Tv and explained how to use TV.

Ramon did a great job installing my new Sony 4K 49-inch TV and soundbar!! Very friendly and knowledgeable!! Answered all our questions and showed us how to use all the features. Cleaned up all the packaging!!

The Geek Squad moved 1 TV to a different location and reconnected it. They then installed the new TV and worked with us to understand how to use all the features. They were very patient and helpful.

Opened my laptop as usual in the morning to discover NO e-mail files...period. Called Geek squad for help. They were able to recover my E-mail daily records which was fantastic, allowing me to send and receive, but were unable to recover my E-mail record history folders. Subsequently these were recovered by a Micro-soft technician.

I couldn't have done it without them. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns and I was very pleased with all their work. Would not try this without them. Very courteous and cleaned up well afterward.

The Geek Squad mounted my TV and connect all of the devices quickly and professionally.

They accomplished in minutes what would take me days. When installed, they repeatedly did “show and tell” so we were confident of the operation. I would suggest they have a few common parts such as cables for sale on the truck.

may be the best purchase i have made at Bestbuy, having the geek come out and hook up my system was eyeopening. I read all the manuals before he came, and he had far superior knowledge than the manuals. Super good job, good service and very happy i pulled the trigger on this

Mike did a great job. Explained features and hook up all devices. Not crazy about the sound. It roars on all setting but clear voice. Also not crazy about the sales person. He did not explain the transaction. Terms and answers kept changing. Felt like i was being taken advantage of.

Tv was delivered and set up on the stand in my craft room. They programmed the remote for my cable service.
