The guys were great - replacing the TV which was broken when it was unboxed. They had everything hooked up in no time and explained the option to enroll in Total Care which we did. We would recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

The techs unboxed and then set up the TV and synced it to a Samsung - HW-B750D 5.1 Channel B-Series Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, DTS Virtual:X and Bass Boost. They also configured the TV to attach to our home WIFI network. When they left, they also took with them, all of the boxes & related packing material.

So worth it on the labor alone. Are two guys came out took great care in taking down our old TV and a new mount and putting the new Tv up. They covered all the bases and we were very satisfied with their work and how they taught us how to operate the TV.

The picture quality is very good; however, you can't use a channel number to go to a particular station. You have to rotate thru all of the channel "lettered names" each time to get to the station that you want. I didn't know this when I bought it. This wasn't mentioned until the Geek Squad installed it. If I had known this I might have bought something else. Plus, for a while it would go back to the station you were watching previously (before you turned it off)--I don't know what happened but it won't do that anymore either. It now goes back to AMC each time it is turned on and I have to rotate thru all the stations until I get to the one I want. Also some of the stations that it says are scanned it just calls "unknown station". Doesn't help anything.

Finally bought my first 4k TV and had geek squad set it up for me, They were really helpful going through the set up process and explaining every detail of the TV. Would highly recommend them for your installation and setup of your new TV.

The young delivery men were so nice and very helpful. They set up the tv, connected everything and then took the time to make sure that I could effectively use the remote.

The personn who came out and set up everything was very knowledgeable and set up everything to the T. He also went over everything to make sure I understood how to work everything that would make it work great.

The GEEK Squad did an outstanding job. With the connect and soup of my direct tv system with the new TV. After it was all set up they walked me through all of the functions of the new remote. I am very happy with the service that they did for me.

Best Buy's Geek Squad is prompt, knowledgeable, patient with non-techi people, get the job done fast, but carefully. They helped me understand all that I needed to know and answer my many questions.
