The Geek Squad Rep.'s Set up TV in short order and were very polite and informative

Delivered my new 65" LG TV. Got the TV all setup with my subscriptions and showed me how to move between channels. Got my antenna setup too. They were helpful, answering all my questions. Really great service!

Geek squad guys installed and connected my laptop, showed me how to connect to TV monitor and set up programs on my home screen. Very knowledgeable and patient.

I highly recommend the Geek Squad techs. Will and (sorry I don’t remember his name) his co-worker arrived as scheduled and assembled my home theatre system out of the boxes they were delivered in. They set a blanket down, to keep from scratching my wood floors, wore shoe covers, and proceeded to put everything together in a timely fashion. They left NO empty boxes, paper, or trash of any kind. When finished setting everything up, they asked if I was happy with the results. Yes, I’m very happy. Great job guys.

Dan with Geek Squad did some extra problem solving when setting up new Smart TV. He took time to investigate some cable issues and helped resolve. Excellent knowledge and service!
