This is the third television that the Geek Squad has installed for us. They do a great job. They never leave until they are sure we understand how to use the remotes. Always have had great service.

Great Job! The individual who set up my TV and paired it with the stand explained what he was doing and demonstrated the details and programs associated with the TV and also instructed me on the maintenance of the TV and the stand.

I would have spent half of my day setting up my new TV. The tech not only had me up and running in no time, but also took the time to show me the ins and outstanding if my new set. That was money well spent.

He did a good job but there were some issues I had to fix myself after he left. I couldn’t use my remote to turn on & off and adjust volume. I fixed the issue by simply moving the tv back a little but had to get help since it was heavy.

Many would say "I can do it myself" but at 81 we needed help to get the set in place and hooked up. Tech did an excellent job of explaining operation and also answered some questions on the Sonos system we had recently purchased.

The agents mounted my t.v. and connected it to all of my devices and made sure all my devices worked properly before they left. And believe me---------that took a while and some special GEEK SQUAD brain power!

Arrived at scheduled time. They delivered and set up my 75inch TV quickly and cleaned up all packing materials. Maintained proper CV-19 protocol and made sure I understood how to use the TV.
