Very helpful and patient with us. Arrived on time.

We had a projector installed. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival. He was helpful. We had problems installing, but he told me exactly what to buy. Waited for me to buy and bring it back and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

First he removed the non-operational television from my bedroom, then relocated and hooked up the my smaller television from my living room into my bedroom. Then he brought in my new 75" television and surround system, installed them and ensured everything worked as intended even with the Cox contour universal remote control. Once everything was working he took all of the boxes and trash leaving my home looking like he was never there. He had a great positive attitude, answered all our questions and wore his face mask at all times while ensuring he maintained social distancing during the entire process. Will definitely use the Geek Squad set up services again when purchasing new products requiring installation and set up!

The Geek Squad installed my 75 inch Samsung television and remainder of the home theater components in no time and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the setup. They even updated the devices and made sure everything was perfect.

I had the TV delivered and installed by the Greek Squad members. They kept me informed, came at the time scheduled, and performed all the services requested/ordered/expected. We're glad with our decisions and happy with the experience.

The installers were very professional and helpful during the set up process. The only issue was that they were about 5 hours late. Not their fault, poor scheduling by someone.

I asked the installer to set up the TV so that I could access a specific list of features ( connect to cable channels, connect soundbar, bluetooth connection to keyboard and mouse, connect to dvd player). He set it up perfectly, which helped immensely in my learning how to use the TV.

Purchased this plan to accompany my products. Due to lower prices at Best Buy over other retailers, it is a win win and has now paid for itself a few times over. It includes set up and packing removal. Being a new homeowner, I am so tired of having to set up my own stuff and it seemed to take me months to remove the packing. This plan is worth its weight in gold.

This is a great service for those of us who are not the least bit tech savvy! The hook up didn't take any time at all, and the tech explained quite a few features.
