Great service. The provider explained everything really well - quick and easy!

I had my new TV, speakers, and home theater setup all installed by the Geek Squad. I'm usually pretty cheap and like to do it all myself, but I'm glad that after spending all the money I did on the products that I had professionals install it. They did a great job.

I only wanted a larger screen with a crisp picture had the geek squad set it up and install it, they were so thorough in explaining everything to me. This whole experience was great and I love the tv it more than meets my requirements.

I paid the extra money to have the Geek Squad deliver and setup my newly purchased TV. It was worth it! Two members of the Squad arrived at my house during the scheduled time frame. They were vey courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions

The agent Carl, did a great job! He made sure that everything was connected and in working order. He even carted away the old TV.

Geek squad guys did a great job installing, however we were surprised that we had to pay extra for the power cord to be put in the wall. The guys promised follow up e-mails with tips and phone numbers. Nothing arrived. We called and found nothing but frustration with Best Buy's customer service. Letters were written, still no response. Terrible customer service!

Received a call they were on their way (even earlier than expected) and within 30 minutes setup was completed.

In less than half-an-hour, Geek Squad had the 65" LG-C4 unit set up and operational . . . including connections to an existing high-end sound system and installing online subscriptions. Flawless.

I questioned the $200 fee to deliver and set up the TV, but since I'm not supposed to lift that much, I went along with using the Geek Squad. Boy, are we pleased! The agents were great and efficient, but they took the time to show my non-technical wife how to use all the streaming features. She is thrilled with 'her' new TV, and I think we got a great value.

Technician was friendly and followed safety measures. The tv was set up within several minutes. He made sure I understood the tv and answered all my questions.

Drew did an outstanding job of setting up our new television. Unfortunately the cable was not working so we had to call xfinity to correct the problem.

I like the all in one smart remote, but if you happen to buy something new, or to replace an item, you most likely would have to pay for someone to come out and reprogram the device. Sometimes I get a delay from device when I turn off my TV, and sometimes it takes as long as 10 mins or so to turn off. I worry about on how long that takes. It just might be my projection TV.

Had the Geek Squad come in to connect my 100 projector! They took there time to make right. The measures, they tested and they hooked it up perfectly. They also showed me a sample of what the picture would look like and it looked awesome!

Terrific TV, wonderful service by the Geek Squard to set it up for us. The picture is sharp, the sound is good and we are happy to have it.
