He installed my TV very efficiently. Explained carefully how to use the additional features. I would not have liked to have to put it together myself. Seemed more difficult than expected. Excellent service.

The agent was on time, worked quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions. And he took my old TV for recycling.

We requested the Geek squad deliver and set up the tv. They arrived when scheduled. They performed the work well. Took out old tv and also took away the carton and other trash. The team was very professional and courteous and efficient.

The person that came for the installation was very knowledgeable and courteous, he did above and beyond to install and program TV before leaving, we had some problems with my cable network connection and he waited while I was talking to the network company for help.

Geek squad was timely, helpful and efficient, and all-around great. Completed set-up at my in-laws home and integrated the new TV with their new laptop (also purchased from Best Buy).

The guys were great - replacing the TV which was broken when it was unboxed. They had everything hooked up in no time and explained the option to enroll in Total Care which we did. We would recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

Installation was easy, quick, simple as all the "Smart" garbage was not required. Best part was the removal and haul off of the old tv and to be recycled. Price was a bit much but the recycle is worth it.

Once I figured out the replacement I cancelled the service

The techs who came to my home were polite and knowledgeable. They made sure to removed all of the boxes and packing materials and left a cell phone number in case I had questions.

They explained what they were doing, answered all questions, provided other information and showed us how to get to different screens, switching from cable to streaming.

The squad could not have been more knowledgeable and professional. A plus was that my one dog liked them.

With all the prep work we did the guys chores went very quickly. A bit too quickly since they were racing to the delivery truck in just over a half hour. We had hoped they would setup the picture to it's optimal performance. The installer said that the direct TV system took forever to reboot. So we were left with the challenge of getting the most from the display. In the end it worked out. We are constantly blown away by the exceptional vision our qm8 puts out.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and set up my new Tv. They even took away all the wrappings squad.
