If your a tech support member I would definitely recommend highly trained tech to install your tvs. They know what they are doing!!

SETUP TV TO MY SATISFACTION.......ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS....VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL

Geek Squad came out and hooked up our New TV and got everything working good and it didn't take to long to get it done. So much better now.

The agent connected all the devices we use to this tv and saved us a lot of headaches as we are not tech savy.

The agent unpackaged, set up and even hooked up a VCR for us. Great servicde.

Geek Squad is the way to go when you have electronics to be installed. They are very knowledgeable. I would never consider not using them for an install.

The agent connected the devices to our existing wifi, programmed the LogiTech Harmony Elite remote, and insured we were comfortable with the features and operation of all.

He did a super job of installation and answering all questions.

The agent set up my TV and showed me how it worked and what I needed to do in order to add new apps.

Because the connection to cable of the previous TV was a little unusual, I was anticipating problems. As usual, the new TV was perfectly connected with no difficulty at all by the amazingly reliable Geek Squad.

Had geek squad come in and hook up this TV. I know it should have been a simple cable swap and it was. I have never hooked up a TV to a system without problems. Not this time. Definitely was glad I used geek squad as I'm handicapped and would have had a hard time swapping them out. But, other then that, this guy went thru the set-up at least 10 times faster then I would have. As soon as the TV downloaded it's updates he showed me a few 4K recordings in you tube and it's fantastic. Then he took the time to show me how to run thru the remote/menus to set the TV the way I like it. I know it's a little more money (I'm pretty much forced to for med. conditions) But spend the extra and have geek squad deliver and go thru the set-up for you. Definitely worth it. Especially for us oldsters.

Michael and helper did an excellent job is hanging my AG9 Sony TV. I was very impressed with the care and effort to make everything perfect. Both had an excellent attitude.

The agents were friendly, efficient and able to clearly educate on it’s operation. Set up the apps much quicker than we would have been able to.

The agent's did a great job, they called ahead so I was prepared. They hooked everything up and cleaned up super fast.

The geek squad agents that came to install my 55 inch insignia fire TV it was not only knowledgeable, professional, followed Covid safety protocols, extremely helpful with other products in my house bought by Best Buy including my Orbi mesh system Wi-Fi and my older insignia and also helps with my remotes and making sure that they were connected to the TV and sound bar and also allowed me to purchase a cable that I did not have. These guys should not only get a raise but a Christmas bonus they were absolutely excellent and wonderful wonderful

The technician delivered, unpacked and set up my TV. He connected the Internet and the Satellite. He walked me through how to use the features. It was quick and easy. He knew his stuff!

Geek squad was able to diagnosis a problem with the Marantz 8805 pre-amp processor and replace it with a new processor in addition to hooking all the other components up working together with my Harmony 1 remote, however this has been an ongoing issue for over a year.
