I like the fact, that the service guy was very professional and knowledgeable about the job.

Paying extra for geek squad to connect and set up is THE ONLY way to go! They did every thing and answered all the crazy questions that I had as well! And the 2nd best part was they took ALL the boxes and trash with them and left ZERO mess!

I would have spent half of my day setting up my new TV. The tech not only had me up and running in no time, but also took the time to show me the ins and outstanding if my new set. That was money well spent.

An entire new system - fully set up - all elements working perfectly - a detailed introduction to all the features - courteous - full clean up once finished...!!! Could not have been more pleased

Good service staff on time work very fast at what they do

Geek Squad came out twice. First time they ran connections through a receiver to a home speaker system. However, the receiver would overheat and shut down thereby cutting off all programming. Turns out I had an obsolete home theater system and I just did not feel the benefit would be worth the cost of replacing everything. So the second time they came out they disconnected everything and reconnected to our cable box as a free standing TV. I was not charged for this second visit. While in home the Geek Squad was courteous, competent, they arrived when scheduled, and they carried my old TV upstairs to a spare bedroom. Thank you Geek Squad.

The TV works well with just the internet. I love this smaller set. I use it in my craft room and it has a very clear picture. It is so sharp and very light and easy to move.

The installers took little time to mount one TV and install the other on a TV stand, hide routers, WiFi, TV boxes and cords and get me up and running with instruction on how to use everything.

Exceptional, proficient technicians that worked quickly and methodically. Both were pleasant and informative and I would definitely welcome back should the situation present itself.

The agents mounted my t.v. and connected it to all of my devices and made sure all my devices worked properly before they left. And believe me---------that took a while and some special GEEK SQUAD brain power!

The geeks were awesome. Took time to show me how to use the remotes since I had quit cable after 33 years. They took all debris with them.
