Jose did a great job installing my TV. His is very nice and helpful.

They came and brought the tv, hooked it up to everything for us, and showed us how to use it and all the fun stuff that we have found! We LOVE going to You Tube and listen to our favorite music on the new tv!

The agents mounted my TV in the center of the wall. It looks great. Do not let the technicians leave until you turn the TV on and off and ensure it it correctly connected to all peripheral devices you may use, like a cable box. You may be want to cut the cord but ensure the TV is working properly. There are no directions so watch You Tube videos before installation to understand your product.

We cannot say enough about the Geek Squad and the customer service agent Allison M. at the Holland Michigan store!!! We bought a new Sony 65" during the Christmas crazies. We had to wait a week for delivery and set up because they were totally booked. When the Geek squad unpacked the box the screen was cracked. The store did not have a replacement in stock and deliveries were maxed out. But Allison worked her magic and within 5 days they were back and sent a great Geek Squad team to do the installation. Super personalities, efficient and all around nice people!!! Thanks for having great people on staff! You made our Christmas Merry!

The people from the Geek Squad that I've dealt with have all been great. I've had them in my home setting up my TV and I've talked to them in the store and they were very knowledgeable.

Geek Squad came out and set up my bee electronics. A new tv along with taking away my old tv. They were frat. I would recommend the geek squad to anyone. They always treated me right.

The agent set up my new TV, removed the old one, and made sure that I understood perfectly how to use the new one. He was patient and skilled.

The home service specialist did a great job of hooking up TV and explaining everything. Best Buy was very good at keeping me informed of arrival time.

Great customer service by my two Geek Squad agents! They were very friendly and professional. They mounted my 65" TV above my chimney and it looks fantastic! They took the time to explain what they planned to do, got my guidance on what i liked in terms of where to mount the TV, and then they took care of everything including connecting all my devices. Unfortunately they couldn't hide all the wires and cables coming from the TV by putting inside the wall since we were dealing right above the chimney, but that service would've cost me about $100 or more extra anyway. Overall great service!

I highly recommend the Geek Squad techs. Will and (sorry I don’t remember his name) his co-worker arrived as scheduled and assembled my home theatre system out of the boxes they were delivered in. They set a blanket down, to keep from scratching my wood floors, wore shoe covers, and proceeded to put everything together in a timely fashion. They left NO empty boxes, paper, or trash of any kind. When finished setting everything up, they asked if I was happy with the results. Yes, I’m very happy. Great job guys.

They did a great job,setting up my tv and soundbar. Very professional and quick. They show me how to change to Netflix. Cleaned up and took with them the package.

Set everything up and got everything connected correctly. Very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

The TV was set up rather quickly , but the color needs to be calibrated after 100 hours of use. I made an appointment for Geek Squad to come out and calibrate the colors. It looks great already and can't wait to see after it is adjusted.
