Geek Squad was great. They delivered our 65 inch TV, set it up and explained all the functions. We would recommend them to anyone who is not very tech savy, especially Seniors.

The agents brought in my TV and connected it for me. It's working very well although I wish I could increase the volume as I am hearing impaired. All in all, I'm very happy with it.

Very efficient, kind & thoughtful installers. The entire time wore their facemask & I did as well. Respectful & went thru all the procedures of making sure all components worked.

Apparently, Sony updates its products automatically remotely, which mucked up reception format. As I recall, the cable company cured that problem remotely. Otherwise, no problems. Nice picture, pretty good sound. 60".

The agent connected my device and set it up. He spent time explaining the features and giving tips on how best to use the device.

So you spend a few dollars extra and have absolutely no set up issues. The Geek squad was awesome. They even narrowed the 4 hour delivery window down to 2 hours. This is a large TV and they handled everything.

Our technician was great. He installed the equipment and then gave a great tutorial on the way to operate everything, having us run through the steps ourselves to insure we understood.

Outstanding service! The team showed up within their projected time frame, unhooked and removed the old TV, then set up the new one and tied it into my system. I did need an optical cable to connect the TV and the sound bar, and I got it the next day myself, but that wasn't a part of the installation package, and the TV's sound was adequate in the interim. Then the team left, taking the old TV 1with them. All highly satisfactory. Excellent job!

The install went smoothly despite the tv needed wireless component for the tv to work unlike the delivery of the washer and dryer which was purchased at the same time and a comedy of errors starting with the purchase.

We bought 2 TV's last year and have been VERY happy with both. They set them both up and showed us how to work them. They were so GREAT.

The agents did their job, but unlike th apast they were not consultative, rather justdid the job and left. What I liked about Geek Squad was the way they explained and advised customers. That was missing , but the no complaints on the job, just the experience
