Geek squad did another excellent job mounting tv and soundbar. Set up and went over operation, making it very easy to start using.

The tech was great! The only reason for the 4 stars is the not so great experience with setting up the service call. WAY too hard to get to the right person and then they didn't pay attention to the phone number I said to call which was a problem for the tech trying to find the place.

The Geek Squad did a great job setting up our new TV and getting everything connected to cable and the ability to use one remote. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

My new TV is on a stand, so wall mounting wasn't needed. But, I definitely felt more comfortable if the TV was set up by someone with expertise, and I definitely got that! He also moved my heavy stand to a more convenient location about a foot to one side, and set up my Apple TV box in a new location with no problem at all. Very happy with my experience.

The guys were fantastic. They called to say they were on the way. They were professional and courteous when they arrived. I had ordered a new TV stand but the stand - having been pictured as having holes in the stand for external devices to be connected to the television actually - did not have holes for anything. I went ahead and asked the guys if they had a drill and explained why. One of the guys went to the truck and got the drill, drilled holes in the stand and hooked up my cable box and DVR and placed them in the stand, then cleaned up the mess to boot. They also hooked up applicable components to a new surge protector power strip, programmed my TV and remotes for cable, answered all of my questions and made suggestions as needed, and cleaned up the packaging and packing when they were done. HIGHLY recommend.

Friendly great service, quick response, knowledgeable and clean up after themselves. Polite and efficient and accommodating personnel.

The agents did their job, but unlike th apast they were not consultative, rather justdid the job and left. What I liked about Geek Squad was the way they explained and advised customers. That was missing , but the no complaints on the job, just the experience

The teck. was polite, professional, and efficient . He also was very patient in explaining and showing me how to operate the remote. The service is well worth the cost to me.

The install went smoothly despite the tv needed wireless component for the tv to work unlike the delivery of the washer and dryer which was purchased at the same time and a comedy of errors starting with the purchase.

The Geek Squad couldn't be better. On time and competent. Set up the new TV and answered questions about another TV. Thanks!

Geek Guys, Hunter & Daylon, very friendly and proficient. Connected everything quickly and well! Even disposed of old equipment for me.

The agents unpacked my TV, connected it to my cable box and set up the channels. They then demonstrated the remote control and features it control/set.

The set up was handled in a professional manner. The representative was polite, respectful and did his job very well. I am so grateful he set this up as it would have taken me way more time to do the same thing. Thank you.

The Geek Squad subcontracted the installation of the TV and soundbar to another company and we weren’t pleased with their services. Overall they weren’t anywhere near as professional as the Geek Squad personnel are. One out of the three of them knew what he was doing and the other two must still be training. He actually had an unpleasant body odor and sat on my upholstered furniture without asking permission. We do understand how to work the TV as a result of his instruction. They asked us to dispose of the TV and soundbar boxes! I was handed a paper survey form to fill out after they finished their instruction so they could return it to their boss!! This should have been handled via email or text message. I gave them a better review on this form than they deserved to avoid getting involved in an argument with them. Whoever owns this company needs to upgrade their services.

Called before coming, courteous, patient,and totally efficient. Set our new TV up and went over all the new features we were getting. We just watched and everything was connected and running in no time.

The rep was on time, was personable and knowledgeable. What he did in a short time would have taken me a day as I didn't have a clue. It was well worth every penny. Thank you.

Technicians came and did a terrific job with setting up my new tv and they cleaned up the wires to make every thing look nice I would definitely use this service again.

The service did a great job connecting all the features. Afterwards he made that I was comfortable with working the remote and connecting with all apps.

Team did an excellent job of setting up and testing all equipment. Appreciated the fact that they spent time explaining all the features. They even bundled the wiring to keep the installation neat and tidy.
