I purchased the 65' Smart Samsung LED. I love the picture and it works great with my Cable Company. The picture is clear & the Smart TV apps & channels are fun to have.

The agent installed my TV and get up my sound bar in just a few minutes. Then he made sure everything was working properly and took the time to make sure I knew how to use my new TV and sound bar.

The agents were very helpful and covered the important steps for basic set up and usage.

If your a tech support member I would definitely recommend highly trained tech to install your tvs. They know what they are doing!!

The Geek Squad Agent was competent and friendly. He quickly got to work, installed the wall mounts and connected the TV's. He was very patient and made sure I knew how to correctly operate the remote and television.

These men were superb setting up my new TV and reinstalling an older one in a different location. They were polite, informative and efficient. Very impressive.

Geek squad arrived on time. Dismantled my old tv, installed the new and hooked up the DVD player, cable box and old sound bar. Plus my old tv was hauled AWAY. SORRY ABOUT THE CAP LOCK.

I paid $99.00 to have Geek Squad hook up my Sony 3d 4K 64.5 uhd tv well worth the price . These people know their stuff. Highly recommend them to set up your tv , sound system wifi everything that has to do with home entertainment systems.

They showed up when they said they would. They quickly setup the new operation, with little mess and great care. I appreciate the efforts they took to set it up. I have physical limitations and I didn't have to do anything. They were in and out within 20 minutes. So efficient. Everything was aet up and operated immediately.

The first guys to do the installation were great and knowledgeable. They did a professional job with now damage to anything and cleaned up after themselves.

Installation went smooth and I am very happy. Installer explained everything, I'm very new to this system And could use another tutorial, Ha, Ha but he explained everything and was very thorough, I love everything.

I purchased 65" LG B8 tv and a Samsung 3.1 soundbar. I had the Geek squad set up both. Two techs came out and had tv and soundbar up and running in about 30 minutes. They answered all of my questions before leaving.

The delivery and set-up of the TV was terrific. We could not have handled it without them They helped set up our DVD jukeboxes and everything and even told us about an USB that plugs in and makes things work better.

The Geek Squad technicians arrived on time, were curtious, and set up my TV on no time.

The person was very pleasant. We talked about the t.v. and how it works and how to take care of it.

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF ANY BETTER. EVERYTIME I HAVE HAD TO CALL ON THEM TO HELP ME GET STARTED, THEY ARRIVE ON TIME, TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS AND BEFORE THEY LEAVE THEY MAKE SURE THAT I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING WITH A NEW PRODUCT!!!!!
