I have only great things to say about Alex's tech service in setting up my new smart TV. He gave me advance notice of when he would arrive and his quick and efficient work had my TV up and running in no time. I appreciate his patience in teaching me how to use the clicker and the new system. Thanks!

Matt was fantastic. Installed new TV. Explained clearly how to operate it with DirecTV and DVD player. Removed all boxes, packing materials, etc. Cleaned up after himself. I was extremely impressed with the service.

The service man connected set up and connected the system. He took the time to demonstrate several of the features that were new to me and answered all of my questions.

set up seemed fine, however, we noticed, a few days later the tv turned on by itself in the middle of the night. Weird. Turned it off. However it continues to turn back on in the middle of the night. I am unable to solve the problem. I am requesting someone come and fix the problem.

Installed OK however missed on set-up of the correct loudness. Needed the geek squad to come back to adjust the voice to the remote. All personnel need to know the policies of Bust Buy. I was told I could return a TV for disposal when I return the entrance squad and I had a scene making me non receptive of returning to purchase further electronic equipment!!!!

The Geek Squad guys that came out were the best! Such a huge difference from these two compared to the 3rd party crew.

Very courteous, knowledgeable and quick. They also cleaned up after themselves once installation was complete.

The 2 agents were very professional. We are senior citizens and they were very patient with us as they explained how to use the TV.

The two gentlemen who connected and mounted our new LG 75 inch TV were simply the best. It was refreshing to be delivered (pun intended) such solid customer service by true pros with multi-decades of experience between them!

Set up and connected quickly. No problems with connecting and the cable remote works with the TV and the cable box!

Both men were extremely helpful and accommodating. They did everything they could to make our viewing experience a good one. One of the men hooked our sound bar up to my tivo. Unfortunately, after they left, I found that no matter what function I do - changing the channel. shutting t.v. off and turning back on, fast forwarding, etc. the sound is all over the place. I find myself constantly adjusting the sound and I have no idea how to fix this. I'm sure he didn't anticipate this problem and I don't hold him responsible. I would just like to know how to make the sound stable.

Geek Squad #1 setup our new TV and moved our old TV to another room and set it up for us. We wanted to use only one remote, but this squad could not make our Uverse remote control everything and left us using 2 remotes to watch TV. Our salesman recommended the Harmony remote, We ordered it along with a Sony soundbar and Geek Squad #2 set them up and resolved our remote problem so that the Uverse remote handled all our electronics. We returned the Harmony remote for credit. Our #2 Geek Squad was top notch.

We were extremely pleased with the install of our tv and the professionalism of the tech. He took the time to explain the new remote and answered all of our questions.

Excellent crew who installed for me. 55" tv over the fireplace and I couldn't lift. First smart tv so I needed some direction. Very nice guys!

Had the Geek Squad install and set up my new 65” TV. They took something that would have taken me at least an hour and were done in 15-20 minutes. Explained the TV in detail to me as well. Money WELL spent!

Setup of my TV along with my receiver, DVD player and TiVo all went smoothly and I even got directions on setting up my universal remote.
