Geek squad guys installed and connected my laptop, showed me how to connect to TV monitor and set up programs on my home screen. Very knowledgeable and patient.

We had our television installed by the geek squad. These two men know what they were doing, they mocked up with tape where the tv should be placed. Once they reciwvooir approval, they were quick to complete the job!!!

The men who arrived to set up my tv, sound bar, blu Ray we’re profession and fully aware of how to set up the equipment. They were able to explain how everything worked. Actually explained in a way that was easy to understand

Geek Squad is the way to go when you have electronics to be installed. They are very knowledgeable. I would never consider not using them for an install.

The Geek Squad connected my T v to all my devices.

The Geek Squad mounted my TV in the corner of my family room, as requested, and hooked it up to all my other devices, including my DVD player. It's working beautifully. The only (very minor) issue is that the blacks are so black they wash out very dark colors, like blue. I can't seem to adjust this properly.

Staff did a great job. Answered our questions. New (replacement) sony 65 in TV is exactly like our original TV. We definitely would deal with Geek Squad again.

Will not review individual items. Mass purchase due to lightning damage. Brandon in store was the best. Patient and supportive with good suggestions. Did not try to upsell due to nature of interaction. Gave discount on geek squad since easy installs.

We purchased a 55" TV, which included delivery, but not installation. Although I didn't need the technical support, I did need the muscle to safely remove the TV from the box, install the legs and set it in place. So, I paid the additional $100 for that service. Unfortunately, they were short handed on Geek Squad members that day and sent a third party vendor. Although he got the job done, the packaging was heavily damaged and loose parts were flying during the process. After the initial installation, I noticed a problem with one of the HDMI ports. In fairness, I don't think it was due to the handling that the TV endured. The TV was exhanged with a new one and that time, actual Geek Squad employees did the delivery and installation and did a Great Job. I would use the Geek Squad again but would insist that they not send a third party vendor.

The agents were timely, courteous and very professional! They connected everything needed so that our new TV works great! They also explained the new remotes we needed!
