No problems. Time expected and show up time was a little off though.

The men were fast and professional in the process of connecting my electronics. There were able to answer any questions that I had and made suggestions to fit my personal electronic needs.

My Sony Bravia is all I've ever looked for in a TV. Picture and sound is awesome!!! Can't wait to see the new QD TV.

The Geek Squad delivered my new Samsung 75" Q90T Smart TV. It is a large TV and on the heavy side. Two technicians delivered it, set it up, connected my new Samsung HW-Q60T 5.1ch Soundbar and took the large box in came in with them when they left. They were on time and were quick and thorough. I was left to sign in to Netflix and Prime TV and also to set up my remote control on my DISH system. I could have not done it alone as it is really a two man job to install one of these. They installed the stand and set it on my entertainment center.

These guys are terrific. They were on time, kept us in the loop on the way over. Both guys were really good with an 86 year-old and equally as good with us. They set everything up, were as patient as we could ever have hoped for, taught us what we needed to know and were really professional from start to finish. They arrived promptly, a d even gave me an esti. Ate of when they were on their way. Very knowledgeable on the product they set up and even the devices I already owned.

The agents were quick, friendly and thorough. They were able to remove my old TV and setup everything with my new one in under 30 minutes.

Bought a new LB C2 65 inch tv and wanted to make sure everything is connected correctly including to my surround sound system. The Geek squad came a did a masterful job of connecting everything and setting up the picture for me. Then gave a nice training lesson on how to use my new smart tv (since this is my first smart tv). Glad to have the Geek squad there to support me.
