Decided to get the 65 inch Tv and returned the 55 inch. They set up the 65” and packaged and picked up the 55” with no questions asked and were professional and quick.

Purchased new Samsung tv from Best Buy and decided to use Geek Squad services. So glad we did, as the peace of mind and help in setting up was worth the price.

Although I have a professional background in installing and using various technological devices, I no longer can manipulate the equipment. Despite looking like a typical technologically illiterate grandmother as so many young techno geeks tend to view me, I was not treated that way by Geek Squad tech Kyle. Nevertheless, he made certain I understood all the features of my new tv (since I was upgrading from a 25-yo tv) as well as the new services available from Roku even though I already had a Roku device on my other tv. Furthermore, he was tenacious in hunting down a necessary but elusive code to connect with my satellite service. I will be requesting his assistance in all my future tech product purchases including a soon-to-be-purchased computer.

Geek squad was able to diagnosis a problem with the Marantz 8805 pre-amp processor and replace it with a new processor in addition to hooking all the other components up working together with my Harmony 1 remote, however this has been an ongoing issue for over a year.

My Geeksquad agent was great! With the complexity of the new components for home theater it takes too much reading to figure things out. My agent showed me things that I didn't know I had. I would recommend this service to anyone.
