The service was excellent. The techs arrived on time, quickly set up the TV and ensured all of my streaming services were connected.

The young man who came to install my TV did a thorough job and together we solved a problem that was my fault. I was very pleased with the result. My only problem is the remote for the TV did not come with instructions, so several times when odd things come up, I have to hack around to get back to the cable TV that I watch.

The Geek squad came and disconnected the other TV and connected my new TV and the Xbox and Netflix for me.

Great job! Set up and answered any ??? we had. Was up and running quickly. Said if we have any problems to call them back.

I live in Fla & I purchased a 50” TV for my daughter in Colorado, who just moved into her new apt. She lives on the 2nd floor & I was so happy to know that Best Buy would deliver and hook it up for her. She said they were very courteous to her & friendly to her new puppy. Geek Squad is the reason I prefer to purchase all my electronics from Best Buy. They have always come through every time I need them. Best Buy Products, Geek Squad & Customer Service are truly the Best!

The installer came when he said he would, politely and competently helped me get access to all my streaming on the new Smart TV, even though I do not understand these connections. Very quick and helpful and I am loving the quality of the new TV. My only disappointment was that it took over a week for the Geek Squad to schedule my delivery and installation that as a 78year old arthritic woman I could not ever bring home myself.

Anthony was very knowledgeable, friendly and importantly---competent. He also solved a problem I had with Best Buy for over a week and he solved it in one hour.

The Geek Squad installed our new 55” TV and DVD player. They were efficient and also friendly. They moved our old TV and DVD player to the basement. Everything works great. I would highly recommend them.

The Greek squad mounted all my TVs and connected my other devices to the TVs. They did an awesome job and didn’t take long putting the stands together and connecting everything.

The Geek squad agent explained everything well and had me try it. He also provided some computer assistance while he was here and made sure the removal of old equipment went well.

Love the TV. Wish the Sam was a little better. Picture quality is excellent.

In less than half-an-hour, Geek Squad had the 65" LG-C4 unit set up and operational . . . including connections to an existing high-end sound system and installing online subscriptions. Flawless.

I highly recommend the Geek Squad service TV Connect package available at Best Buy. Let the Geek Squad professionally connect all the wires and explain the bells and whistles to you. What could be easier than that?

The AGENTS do more then expected. I didn't know that my TV could be adjusted to my individual sight and audio needs.

After waiting over 2 weeks I finally got the TV delivered and installed. The only problem is turning it off takes several tries. I press the off button but it comes back on in 30-90 seconds and says to press any key to continue. I press any key and the TV turns back on. I press the off button again and it finally turns off.
