The Gurnee associates from sales to set up and delivery get A+ gold stars. Each and everyone one I spoke to went over and above to deliver the highest level of customer service. Delivery was delayed due to inventory issues but everyone worked to keep me informed, worked to expedite and make this the very best experience possible. All of the staff are rock stars.

After waiting over 2 weeks I finally got the TV delivered and installed. The only problem is turning it off takes several tries. I press the off button but it comes back on in 30-90 seconds and says to press any key to continue. I press any key and the TV turns back on. I press the off button again and it finally turns off.

I was moving from one apartment to another and the moving company was supposed to take care of the 55” TV which was mounted to the wall. Turns out they weren’t sure how to go about it & told me I’d have to get someone else to move it. Geek Squad to the rescue! Since Geek Squad was the company that originally delivered & mounted the TV in the first place, I had them come & take it down, deliver to the new apartment, and hook everything back up. So much stress relieved having this task taken care of in a professional manner.

Geek Squad set up my new TV quickly, reconnected my streaming services and clearly described basic operation of new remote. Promised to follow up with me, but didn't -- which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The Geek Squad tech tech was on time, knew what he was doing, polite explained everything so I could understand what was being done. He was a professional.

The contractors are great, professional and friendly. The tv is heavy but not crazy, it’s more the large size makes it difficult to handle. Let the movers handle it so if anything breaks you’re covered.

Service was excellent, very efficient. Had purchased TV for my grandmother and had it delivered and installed. No complaints! Very friendly and patient!

Finally joining the 21st century by replacing an older CRT TV (cathode ray tube) with a flat screen smart tv. Not knowing what the job would entail we purchased the Geek Squad installation package as well

I purchased a Samsung Q 90 75 inch flatscreen TV. It was far too heavy and fragile to trust me and my husband to install it without cracking. The Best Buy guys who installed it in my house and got it running were amazing. I was apprehensive on the delivery and installation fee. It’s another expense I hated to buy. But it was worth it. I didn’t have to worry about getting the TV home without cracking, nor did I have to worry if I had enough strength with my husband to put it up on its stand. I would definitely do it again if I made this large of a purchase.

The agents showed me the "ins and outs" about the Vizio that I purchased. They were polite and knowledgeable. AND, they cleaned up all the packaging and took it with them.

The agents mounted and set up our TV, they were prompt, helpful, considerate of our furnishings. They were very helpful and professional.

The Geek Squad called first, was here as scheduled. Did their installation, then walked me through the use of the new TV, they also hooked up our new Blu-ray player and shared how to use it as well. Thanks Geek Squad.
