We had a problem where our home theater no longer transmitted video and then audio for our cable. I diagnosed it as potentially an ethernet cable problem. However, I wanted a second opinion and the Geek Squad tech came and determined that the converter box (IP to HDMI) was potentially the cause. They further analyzed and determined that the cable needed to be spliced. In the end new converters and cable re-splicing addressed this vexing problem, The tech demonstrated good debugging and communicated clearly what was being done. The result was great including reprogramming our universal remote.

Service was fast and efficient. Techs showed me how to use the controls and also answered several questions. Very pleased with this service.

The Geek Squad installed two television sets, a sound bar and cable box quickly, efficiently and explained what we needed to know. Very professional! Wish all service folks were as great.

The agent mounted my TV, connected my devices, showed me how to use the new equipment, and removed my nonworking equipment. He was efficient with installation, and patient with explanations.

Techs arrived on time, set up the TV, and set up universal remotes for additional set as well.

Two man crew assembled my TV stand and set up new Samsung 65" OLED Smart TV. They worked non-stop and did a great job setting up everything. Paying the extra money for assembly and set-up was well worth it. Highly recommended!

The two men who came to mount my tv were polite, friendly and covered their feet when coming into my house in the winter. They did a good job and cleaned up behind themselves and even took the boxes and wrappers with them. Great job.

The technician came on time he unmounted the T.V. from wall. He left wall nice and clean. He put the stand back on the T.V. excellent job done by the geek squad technician.

Bought a new LB C2 65 inch tv and wanted to make sure everything is connected correctly including to my surround sound system. The Geek squad came a did a masterful job of connecting everything and setting up the picture for me. Then gave a nice training lesson on how to use my new smart tv (since this is my first smart tv). Glad to have the Geek squad there to support me.
