The geek squad did a good job of getting my new Samsung Crystal tv and my existing components installed. The only thing that was not completed was the ability to turn the tv on and off with the cable remote.

My TV was connected and setup quickly. The Geek Squad Representative was courtesy and answered all my questions.

I received very professional, fast and friendly service as I have come to expect when I purchased and Best Buy delivered and instld. my new LG 55" T.V. Now I have to take the time to buy a Samsung or some type that doesn't fight with the LG with the new firesticks. I have to get rid of the Vizio in the adjoining room because when I turn off one or the other than the remaining one will come on.

I have only great things to say about Alex's tech service in setting up my new smart TV. He gave me advance notice of when he would arrive and his quick and efficient work had my TV up and running in no time. I appreciate his patience in teaching me how to use the clicker and the new system. Thanks!

Hubby & I are no techno geeks so we appreciated the service of the Geek Squad for the delivery and setup of our new tv and sound bar. The guys were informative and patient with all our questions.

Barinia Williams is an angel. My appointment was rescheduled due to an error on the scheduling team. Meant I could not get my new TV hooked up before Christmas. Barinia made sure she came out the same evening and took care of it even though she is not normally on the Home Theater team. So grateful to this young woman.
