I'm very happy with the TV. Picture quality is great and the guys who delivered and set it up were great. Everything was working great before they left and they took all the package material and the old TV with them.

Excellent service. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up every speck of dust from the drill. TV looks great!

Had geek squad come in and hook up this TV. I know it should have been a simple cable swap and it was. I have never hooked up a TV to a system without problems. Not this time. Definitely was glad I used geek squad as I'm handicapped and would have had a hard time swapping them out. But, other then that, this guy went thru the set-up at least 10 times faster then I would have. As soon as the TV downloaded it's updates he showed me a few 4K recordings in you tube and it's fantastic. Then he took the time to show me how to run thru the remote/menus to set the TV the way I like it. I know it's a little more money (I'm pretty much forced to for med. conditions) But spend the extra and have geek squad deliver and go thru the set-up for you. Definitely worth it. Especially for us oldsters.

Tech Alton set up our smart tv, making sure all was functioning and he showed us how to use its many features. When he left he told us to call with any questions that might come up. Well worth the small fee.

The 2 agents were very professional. We are senior citizens and they were very patient with us as they explained how to use the TV.

We’ve had WiFi connection problems in our home. Our Geek Squad Agent Kyle helped us install a new NetGear Modem and eeros mesh system through the house and it works perfectly. He did an excellent job, competent, smart and just made it look easy. Then he went about setting up a new printer not originally a part of the work requested. He was easy to work with, professional mad fast. Thank you Kyle …. Great job!

Geek Squad #1 setup our new TV and moved our old TV to another room and set it up for us. We wanted to use only one remote, but this squad could not make our Uverse remote control everything and left us using 2 remotes to watch TV. Our salesman recommended the Harmony remote, We ordered it along with a Sony soundbar and Geek Squad #2 set them up and resolved our remote problem so that the Uverse remote handled all our electronics. We returned the Harmony remote for credit. Our #2 Geek Squad was top notch.

The Geek Squad was efficient, personable, and knowledgable. I am happy with their service (delivery & TV Connect. And, so far, very happy with the product. I will definitely purchase at Best Buy again, and... if necessary use the services of the Geek Squad!

Was good to see a female helping. Guy & Gal very nice, got tv installed in entertainment unit with no problem. gave instructions on remote, etc. Left area clean.
