They showed up on time with face masks and shoe covers. they installed my TV correctly and in a timely manner. They also reconnected my surround sound. Great job!

The tech that came out to deliver my TV did a great job and even came back the next day to take care of unexpected issue. However, Geek Squad did not come out. It was a third party vendor. Not a big deal considering that the job was well done, but a bit misrepresented by the store.

Brian came is on time, set it up quickly, showed me what I needed to know and more, made my entire setup more manageable and neater. I could not be happier with his work.

Lance Morgan and the gentlemen with him, whose name I can't recall, were very knowlegeable and professionable. They were also very friendly and helpful in explaining the TV and setup to my other systems.

Agents set up my TV and then answered all of my questions and where very helpful.

I didn't want to risk handling this TV because it is large and I am prone to mishaps with anything glass. The tech skillfully installed it and connected all the other components

These two gentlemen were fantastic!! They were very friendly, polite, and professional, but even better than that they really knew what they were doing. They installed my new Samsung TV, hooked it up to the internet, and my new wireless headphones, and my Sony DVD player. There was a glitch in the software, but they trouble shooted it and got it fixed almost immediately. Unless you are a tech EXPERT, I would strongly advise you to hire the Geek Squad. They are WELL WORTH the money. I never would have been able to do what they did. And they did it all in one hour and 10 minutes! They hauled my old giant TV away as well. VERY good experience! Great guys!

The geek Squad Installed my new TV and hooked it up to all the devices that I had including my hearing aids and DVD player.

THE AGENT SET UP MY TV AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WORKED BEFORE HE LEFT

Ramsay tool all the time necessary to not only setup the TV, but also to make sure that all of my devices were connected to the same Wifi connection, including an Antenna, and OTA DVR, my AT&T cable, a Hard drive, and my new (BB provided) eero Mesh system. It took longer than we expected, but he stayed calm, and we worked together to make it all work, Patience is a virtue. He has loads of it! We've worked together before, and if I could, I would ask fo him on every Install. I could never have done it without him. Period.

Gabriel and his team did a great job installing my kitchen appliances and giving suggestions on where to hang my range hood. My dishwasher was a little bit of a challenge to install but they were able to figure it out. I really appreciate the care they took to being careful installing everything. My appliances are beautiful. Love how quiet the dishwasher is. Thank you!

They arrived as scheduled, on boxed and set up the tv where we wanted it, did the programming necessary and gave instructions for the tv's operation. couldn't have ask for more. great job

Agent did everything necessary, including a bit of tweeking and training for us old folks. Danny I think it was....and took the old TV away.

The showed up on time. They were efficient, knowledgeable, Helped with placement suggestions. Very pleasant even though it was the end of the day. this was the 2nd time setting up a TV and I would definitly use the service again.

Excellent product looks very nice in my space. Very sturdy and well put together.

They did a great job. I never would have the patience to do such a complete set up.
