GS guy Ryan was awesome and connected everything quickly even when we had to figure out another way! Demonstrated how to use all new stuff very clearly! Definitely worth the money!

Guys were excellent and showed me how to navigate and set up our new TV.

Two people came to set up my 65" LG tv and all went well. They were on time and they set it up quickly and showed me how to use it then they had me show them I could use it which was great.

Had an install for my grandfather in his 90's. He was very happy with the service and liked that the installer also hooked up his DVD player as well.

The Geek Squad setup TV. They were very professional and nice. Did a wonderful job.

The agent ( alex ) from the geek squad was fantastic ! he made the whole process go smoothly. including installing the DVD palyer and my satalite TV connection.

The agents set up my 65 inch tv and connected it to wifi and the internet. Made all the necessary adjustments.

They came in unboxed the tv hooked up my cable system and then showed me how to use it. They hauled away all of the trash and my old tv.

No doubt, I could not have done the installation without the help from the technician, George. He did a phenomenal job!

Again the people who installed my TV were knowledgeable and explained things to me so I was comfortable using my TV when they left.

The tech thoroughly reviewed all of the potential causes of the constant buffering and was able to mitigate the problem. She also made se eral recommendations if it occured again. She was well informed,polite, and professional. Our streaming services have imoroved dramatically.

Have used Geek Squad on many occasions. Whether it be on the phone when they work on my computers on when they come in person to install a new purchase. They have always been personable and knowledgeable.

If you are not techies......Don't think twice about having your big screen tv set up by the Geek Squad. They came in and made sure everything was up and running and gave us Smart TV 101 lessons.
