Technician Terricka arrived on time and she was courteous and well informed. Set up TV, DVD player, and soundbar efficiently and explained how to operate them and demonstrated use of the remote controls.

I received very professional, fast and friendly service as I have come to expect when I purchased and Best Buy delivered and instld. my new LG 55" T.V. Now I have to take the time to buy a Samsung or some type that doesn't fight with the LG with the new firesticks. I have to get rid of the Vizio in the adjoining room because when I turn off one or the other than the remaining one will come on.

Tyler connected all my "stuff" to the TV and even put together a mounting devise needed. He was so helpful.

The agents did their job, but unlike th apast they were not consultative, rather justdid the job and left. What I liked about Geek Squad was the way they explained and advised customers. That was missing , but the no complaints on the job, just the experience

A friend and I previously put my Samsung 65" TV on a cabinet which was the final location. They repositioned the TV so they had access to replace a cable and setup the audio and video functions. Everything was working correctly. They even looked at my external "Alexa" which hadn't worked since Spectrum replaced my modem and router. It took a little time but finally got it working.
