I had the Geek Squad setup and calibrate my TV and BlueRay player nearly 5 years ago. They were very professional and knew their stuff! Pay a little extra and have the Geek Squad set up electronics for you!

The technician was outstanding very professional on time and very kind wit my in-laws. He knows what he is doing.

We have a complicated sound system, old with new, and the sound did not play when Geek Squad set up the new TV. I thought I'd be left without sound while they called out someone else because they weren't figuring it out. But they had troubleshooting conversations, tried different things, and worked at it until they figured it out. And we got sound! They were not giving up! They did a great job, quick, friendly, and professional.

The personnel who delivered and completely setup the television were excellent and assisted me in learning as well, no disappointments!

They brought my tv the day before Thanksgiving and when it arrives, they opened it and it was broken. Instead of waiting until the next business day, they stayed over thier schedule and went back to the store and picked up another tv and delivered and set it up a few hours later. I was vey appreciative.

The techs. connected the tv and showed me how to operate it.

This was included with my total tech. It was a must since my 77 inch tv is so large. They did a good job.

A friend and I previously put my Samsung 65" TV on a cabinet which was the final location. They repositioned the TV so they had access to replace a cable and setup the audio and video functions. Everything was working correctly. They even looked at my external "Alexa" which hadn't worked since Spectrum replaced my modem and router. It took a little time but finally got it working.

The 2 techs were very professional, knowledgeable about TVs & sound systems. They debugged problem and fixed the issue.

great knowledge piece of mind and they do it right. What more can you ask for!
