Tech called ahead was on time. friendly, polite. careful with the TV and respectful of my home.

We had 3 TVs and assorted accessories, Blu-ray Player, ROKU, installed into an AT&T U-verse System with Internet. AS USUAL, the GEEK squad did a fantastic job, in a minimal amount of time. The work is beautiful, clean, all the wiring covered and clean and everything looking neat and professional. They mounted 2 wall mount TVs with sound bars. The other TV was setup in an entertainment center. Not a wire to be found. GREAT WORK! We have used the GEEK squad for anything electronically video or audio. They are the BEST. Their call-in line is great. We had an issue and they were at the house the next morning to fix it. What more do I need to say. YOU CAN’T GO WRONG! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

A member of the Geek Squad came to our home and helped us to setup and understand how to operate our Sony Smart HDTV. This is our first flat screen television purchase, and the assistance was greatly appreciated!

All I needed was a Firestick installed, which I know sounds ridiculously simple…but after my dog crashed my previous large screen TV, the new one has “seatbelts” (suggested by Best Buy) anchoring it to the back of the built in case with about 1/4” clearance. No way to get to the ports on the back of the TV without a lot of work which I could not do by myself. This was a simple task for the Geek Squad, however. He was quick and efficient, came at the appointed time, and also gave me a tutorial on operating my new device.

Johnathon was amazing. He set the TV up and paired the old remotes as well as set up the one that came with the 4K box from Comcast. He was patient and showed us how to move between what we wanted on this very complex TV. He is worth asking for to do y0our service.

Geek squad came in and handle my system as they should and really were professional and helpful

All the squad did was to sync my new TV with my old one for $200. I thought the price was outrageous for 30 minutes of their time.

Geek squad delivered and installed 75” tv no problems. Had to return a previous Walmart TV that was delivered cracked. Absolutely no issues with Best Buy delivery, install and setup.

This was the third attempt over as many weeks to deliver The LG Nano TV. Not the agents fault but a "warehouse" problem. The agents were great ,arrived on time but ran into problem placing it on stand because the legs of TV are much wider than earlier models. While I had ordered a 65" that model was suddenly not available. So I received a 75 " for the same price . So the guys had a lot of work to do putting the TV where I had planned on it going. They were great! The agents did pair it to my Comcast remote instead of the LG remote which I need to know how to use inorder to adjust settings.
