    Hook up was very fast and tech informed me that I could improve my picture by calling Direct TV and ordering a new receiver. It worked!!!

    Very friendly Geek Squad who answered any questions we had. Gently took out the 65 inch 70 plus pound tv out of box and placed the tv stands where it fit the table perfectly. Helped in setting up the tv so we could watch cable service tv stations. Helped with understanding the tv remote functions and helped with also setting up the universal remote. Arrived on time and gave us a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival.

    We had no idea how to setup and successfully connect everything. John, the Geek, delivered it and everything we needed. We never had to carry or open a box!
