The guys came out, set-up the tv, even set up our antenna. They were very knowledgeable about the tv we bought and offered a few pointers with features. Things went smoothly.

Dennis and "Stitch", the Geek Guys, were prompt and quite knowledgeable, patient and helpful during the set up of my new TV.

I bought a new smart TV (43") with new cables, surge protector. I love being able to have the Geek Squad deliver the TV (too big for my car), lift it on to my cabinet (too heavy and awkward for me to do on my own), crawl around on the floor connecting all the wires in the right places (such a hassle), setting up the TV to work on my cable remote, programming the TV to work with my internet and Netflix account (which would have been frustrating for me to figure out). Plus they tested everything and instructed me on how to use all the features. All this would have taken me hours and Geek Squad did it in 1/2 hr. I got a great deal on the set-up plus Geek Squad took away and disposed of my old TV. It's a fantastic service!

They were friendly and professional and quick to set up New Tv. They even took my old tv and set that up downstairs.

Excellent service person. Knew the product and was able to easily explain how the TV worked. Was able to even explain some of the working of our TV cable service. Very polite and easy to talk with.

No doubt, I could not have done the installation without the help from the technician, George. He did a phenomenal job!

The whole installation process, from scheduling, to updating arrival times, to arriving on time, to setting up my new TV & connecting it to my Satellite receiver, my vintage Kenwood stereo amplifier (required an RCA to optical converter, which they had on hand), and a Sanyo VCR/DVD combo was helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was left highly satisfied & impressed. If there is one fly in the ointment it's that although my refurbished Sanyo VCR/DVD recorder/player plays both DVDs & VCR tapes without problems, I cannot seem to record to either tape or DVD. I don't know if this is a connection issue, an issue with the Sanyo recorder (awaiting input from Sanyo on this point), or what but mention it only for completeness.

I was very pleased with the contractor. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and polite. He was also very patient in explaining how to switch between remote devices.

Good job. They knew their stuff and made some creative suggestions, just wish they had shared more information and been available after the fact.

The guys were very prompt and with a difficult setup performed well however cost is excessive.
