He did a good job but there were some issues I had to fix myself after he left. I couldn’t use my remote to turn on & off and adjust volume. I fixed the issue by simply moving the tv back a little but had to get help since it was heavy.

When you're spending a grand or two (or three) for a television, add a C-note and have it done right. The crew arrived exactly on time. They were courteous, professional, respectful of our home. They took the time to explain the features and benefits. And left the installation site spotless. Great ambassadors of the brand.

They did good job of installing the TV. they tried to set up the headset we purchased but it was the wrong one. I exchanged it and call the Geek squad that did the TV but they never came back to install the headset.

Chris and his colleague showed up on time and showed us how to use our new TV. We had a great experience and to our pleasant surprise the TV has adjustable legs. They showed up on a snowy day and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend purchasing the Total Tech Membership it's definitely worth it. The Best Buy agent set up, connected our Vizio TV and was very professional and knowledgeable.

I arranged for Geek Squad to setup my 55” TV. The gentleman from Geek Squad made sure my TV was completely set up from the picture, settings, wi-fi connection, and placed on my TV stand. He even showed my son how to use the TV features.

They came in, unboxed my TV, unhooked my old TV, reattached all wiring and assembled the TV and stand. Set it all up and voila, it was done.

The agent set up the tv and make sure the tv is properly working and clean up any mess they made before leaving my house.
