Johnathon was amazing. He set the TV up and paired the old remotes as well as set up the one that came with the 4K box from Comcast. He was patient and showed us how to move between what we wanted on this very complex TV. He is worth asking for to do y0our service.

Received a call they were on their way (even earlier than expected) and within 30 minutes setup was completed.

Set it up! took the old, left the new! Great service and advice, asked questions of i needed help. Good experience!

The agents arrived on time. They did an excellent job, and quickly had my new TV installed and running. We appreciate the good job they did.

Geek Squad delivered and set up my new TV in guest room. I usually do this myself but I'm unable to do this right now. They came on time and set us was done in less than 30 minutes. Only downside was that delivery window was long... They did come in at a good time for me though and did give me a courtesy phone call to advise they would be at my house in 30 minutes.

The agents did a excellent job setting up my new TV and hooking up my dvd recorder to my old TV that was relocated in my basement.

The agents unboxed the tv and set it up very quickly and removed the old tv with no problem.

The squad brought the TV to my home and set it up and took the older tv away. They did not plug the tv back into my surge protector. Had to reprogram the remote. Everything is working fine now, I'm glad I didn't have to try to install it myself.

I have used Geek squad for several jobs with my TV sets. They have always gone beyond the beyond in service and made sure all equipment was connected and was working. We bought a vacation home in a different area from a Best Buy that I am not used to working with. This Geek squad was adequate. They did not help me with making sure my speakers were connected with my television sets, even though I bought the speakers from Best Buy also. The price for their service was a little exorbitant considering they delivered & just set up the television sets. I was disappointed with the lack of service for the price with this particular Geek squad.

Total Tech delivery and install was an exceptional benefit of being a Total Tech customer, professional and quick.
