    GEEK service notified me when they were in route. Arrived on time. Went right to work. Very efficient. Had it set up very quickly. Offered to haul off the old TV. Courteous and professional.

    Geek Squad delivered and set up my new TV in guest room. I usually do this myself but I'm unable to do this right now. They came on time and set us was done in less than 30 minutes. Only downside was that delivery window was long... They did come in at a good time for me though and did give me a courtesy phone call to advise they would be at my house in 30 minutes.

    the agent was knowledgeable, quick and helpful. but I still have problems with the TV! sound goes off, and I have to turn the TV off, to get sound back.

    The geek squad did our TV delivery and setup. The first set they came with was cracked, they wasted no time at all going back to the store and getting a new one. Total install was less than 1hr. Nice job guys!

    Geek Squad sent an amazing person out for our delivery and setup. He was polite and gave us instructions we understood. He didn’t seem to just hurry through but gave us time to understand.

    I was notified by phone when the technician was on his way and a estimated time he would be at our house. He was right on!!! Very professional and polite. Did a great job and did a clean up after he was finished
