TV set up crew did a wonderful job..................

The guys were not Greek Squad, but subcontractors. But they were careful and very precise. I can not stand for things to not be in perfect alignment. They were fast and efficient, I was satisfied.

Quality customer service and care still exists! The technician arrived within the time window of the scheduled appointment, even calling me when he was about 20 minutes away. I received a thorough and understandable explanation of what was going on with my TV, and also given some recommendations. He also helped me upgrade the TV software and sync my remotes. I am not a tech savvy person, so I so appreciate it when someone who is takes the time to educate me, without making me feel like an idiot. I can always count on Geek Squad representatives to be kind and helpful!

I cannot say enough for the Geek Squad guys that came to our house to set up our TV. They were quick, they were neat, they were patient (we asked lots of stupid questions), and they were nice. Bottom line: They knew what they were doing and I will call on Geek Squad again and again.

First unit delivered was defective and delayed the install. Had to upgrade the model as the original was not available. When the replacement unit arrived all went smoothly

Many THANKS to Geek Squad reps JOSEPH and DAVIS for their patience, professionalism, and attention to our concerns when setting up our new TV. They made sure we understood how to move back and forth between our two remotes to access the programs we were most interested in and were comfortable doing so. We have been enjoying our PBS PASSPORT programs ever since!

They arrived on time and were very courteous! The gentleman talked and explained as he unpacked and set up the TV. The only issue was that he did not tell me that I would need a special HDMI cord.

TV was set up to make it easy to move around apps.

The agents were simply great. They unpacked and set up our 85" tv, took out the old one, removed all the boxes and packings quickly. They set up the TV, including all the internet connections. This involved moving the large fireplace that the TV sits on, rerouting the electrical cords and making sure the (old) amplifier works. They showed us how to use the remotes, so that when they left we were comfortable with all the new electronics. They went above and beyond the expected.

Stanley arrived ON TIME, proceeded to assemble the barn door stand then hooked up TV, set it up...cleaned up and left. We were & are VERY PLEASED with everything! YEA GEEK SQUAD & BEST BUY!!

The Geek Squad placed the new Samsung on our ebony chest and connected all the necessary wires, etc. Works great, so far, so good!

Service man was friendly, but, didn't want to stay and explain things to me. Was in a big hurry. I would recommend to a friend anyway, he might have been having a bad day. Otherwise, I have always had good luck with Best Buy service.
