the set up of the television was fine .. what was not good was that when I went to Best Buy to place the order for them to come to my house to set up my TV I also ordered the television to be installed on the wall since I am a member of the geek squad and when the geek squad member came to my house the order he had was only TV set up and that means my tv still on the table and not on the wall

The two installers very carefully removed TV from package, assembled the parts, made connections, and performed the set-up operations to make the TV ready for viewing. Expertly done!

It took 2 men 2 assemble it. They worked as a team and were done in 15 min. They hooked up the cable and programmed the remote. They took their time and answered all questions I had.

GS Agent brought in my new 65" Samsung OLED TV, unpacked it, installed it in the entertainment center and connected all my devices and to the network. Gave me a quick tour of the remote control functions and demoed the TV settings and confirmed the audio and display were to my preference before taking away all of the packing materials and the old 65" TV. GS Agent was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! Awesome service!
