I have used the geek squad for my computer and now we signed up for the TVs also. They arrived on time, connected three TVs for us and answered gall our questions

I purchased my second TV from Best Buy in a month. My new Samsung has beautiful brightness. My 65” gives me a theater experience. As for my first TV, I asked for the Geek Squad. In no time , the reps had the TV connected, the Geek Squad adjusted all the settings. They were very competent and friendly.

The geek squad guys are really great and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They were able to answer all my questions and did a great job of setting up the entertainment system

They unpacked and set up my Sony 950G TV quickly going through all the necessary steps to progam it to my tastes. They cleaned up and took away my CRT TV.

Our guy hooked up the wrong blue ray player the first time so this was his second time back but he did a great job and was also very informing about the system. We appreciated him.

The nice young man showed up at my house as planed and unpacked my TV, connected the footings and placed the TV on our stand. He then went about inserting the wiring into the appropriate cabinets, connecting it up to all the devices and explained everything a user needs to know. He then proceeded to explain the usage of the remotes in a very polite and professional manner. I'm sorry I don't recall the young mans name, but I would certainly give him a five star rating.

The agent was very helpful and courteous . He explained everything to me about the operating of TV and DVD player.

Agent set up 65” tv with sound bar. On time, efficient, informative, professional and personable. Was great with communicating when he would be arriving.

The Geek Squad agents delivered, mounted, and set up my Smart TV. They help me download and set up additional Apps to it as well.

Physical set up was good. Neat job, connected all wires, did the set up to internet. My system was set up as a home theater by best buy , magnolia service years ago. My expectation was that this new tv would be fully intergrated into my system. That was not done. I was told there is a way the tv smart function can feed to my receiver, but they didnt know how to do it. I upgraded from standard delivery to tv connect to have these things done.

They did good job of installing the TV. they tried to set up the headset we purchased but it was the wrong one. I exchanged it and call the Geek squad that did the TV but they never came back to install the headset.
