Geek Squad came in and did an excellent job in setting up and answering all my questions!

My two guys that came and set up my TV were awesome! They did an excellent job and were very professional. My system sounds so clear and my TV is amazing.

The Geek Squad guy who came to set things up and fix some issues for us did a great job! He made sure everything was working, taught us how to use the equipment and made some great suggestions.

Physical set up was good. Neat job, connected all wires, did the set up to internet. My system was set up as a home theater by best buy , magnolia service years ago. My expectation was that this new tv would be fully intergrated into my system. That was not done. I was told there is a way the tv smart function can feed to my receiver, but they didnt know how to do it. I upgraded from standard delivery to tv connect to have these things done.

The service delivery was completed as ordered. The delivery was completed with great attention to the questions that I had. I was very impressed with the patience shown in explaining to me the operations of the TV sets. I appreciate the high quality of services rendered.

The squad came on time, unboxed, affixed the stand, antenna, and set up my new television. This may seem like a no brainer but these sets are very heavy and if you drop/crack the screen it would be a disaster. I felt the price was well worth the peace of mind. Also the technician explained everything about the equipment and let me know about getting a better surge protector with a line conditioner - I would have plugged it straight into the wall at the risk of damaging an expensive television.
