The Tech's set my TV and programmed it. I didn't have a care in the world. And even showed me, how to work it. Well worth the money.

He was very patient with all of our questions - we had many because it was a new TV and new type of remote device - and he remained friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. I got a call the day before to confirm the setup time. The team showed up on time and finished within two hours which included cable ties on all extra excess cables.

Charles Trask and Andrew Coy at the Panama City,FL Best Buy Store were great. They took out my existing tv and put it in another room then they installed my 50" Sony,and made sure everything was working properly.Showed me how to work the tv and remote.....They left their number in case I had questions later. They were fast,and took all the trash with them(They don't want the customer putting out the cardboard because it might attract thieves),and were polite. I know that not all Geek Squad employees are this way I guess it's the people they hire in some places. I believe that overall they are all great. I recommend the ones in Panama City,FL.
