I needed to have my TV connected to my sound system. That entailed taking it off the wall, not a 1 person job. The tech knew what he was doing, got it done in minimum time.

On installation day, I was visited by two different groups of Best Buy workers. The first group removed and took away my old television. The second one installed and set up my new 50" Samsung HDTV. I need to upgrade my access to cable from DSL in order to take advantage of all the capabilities on my new TV. I am in the process of doing this. Once completed, I plan to buy an additional HDTV to place in my master bedroom. It may be the same as I used in the living room. I am very pleased with the new television.
