very professional had all the tools they needed. Told me they could use original mount so I could return themount I had purchased. They were wonderful

Cezar mounted my tv and got everything working. The tv is one inch larger than my old tv but it looks much smaller. And I noticed it does not have the ability to record.

This is the first time i made a purchase of a TV and Sound bar and had Geek Squad set up everything for me. Ramon was excellent. He came first of all and covered his boots with a cover because it snowed which was quite a surprise to me. He made some adjustments and picture and sound was great. He explained everything to me how to use the functions. He did not rush, he made sure I understood, everything, I'm a senior and I appreciate him taking his time. He's a plus to your company. The TV was set up and placed perfectly. The Geek Squad also took their time explaining the features of the TV.

The "Squad" team quickly and efficiently delivered, installed and set-up our new LG 65" Smart TV! Since, we already had a TV stand in place and didn't want a wall-mount, they had no problem with this install. In and out in about 45 minutes, with most of that time answering questions for us about operation of the new TV features. Top notch job by a great 2-man team!

When technician hooked up the outdoor digital antenna I didn’t have all the channels that I had on the other tv! He didn’t check to see what th issue was. He just said it must be because of the clouds and weather.
