New tv was installed and set to our specifications. Tech was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I had a good delivery of my new TV at the Germantown, MD store - your men were friendly and helpful and carried the TV to my car. Your Geek Squad rep was on time for the installation, performed the work in a timely manner and gave us full instructions on operation of the TV and streaming. We were well satisfield.

The men showed up on time and were very organized. They installed our 70" tv on our wall fast with no problems. There is no way we could have done this ourselves. They made sure we were hooked up to everything. Showed us how to use our new remote and answered all of our questions. They were very friendly. Took the box with them to dispose of for us. Well worth the money to have them deliver and install.

This was the sole reason I picked up the total coverage or whatnot as it made the installation of my oled TV and wall mount taken care of, instead of costing hundreds of dollars. Plus, it gave the perk of added warranty. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stares is that most products I buy are built well enough to where I rarely need this. But, when I did need it, it came in real real handy.

The agent knew everything about the installation. I did change to "feet" on the tv and he showed me an alternative to fit my situation and it works GREAT!!! He returned to install the new "feet". SO Helpful and caring!!!!

3 experiences since Nov 12th. 2 Geek squad techs delivered and installed my 65” TV. Moved another TV, another agent synced my Oticon hearing unit after researching it before he came. 2 Geek squad agents came to my home for a proposal on a universal remote and Sonos unit to sync surround sound.
