The two guys that work for the Greek squad that deliver more television called and they were right on time as they quote it. They were very polite very professional they installed my television. They also set it up with the programming download the apps everything that had to be needed when they left my TV was ready to watch. I highly recommend them they were an asset to Best buy.

The installers set up my new 55" TV and hauled away the packing material at my request. (I didn't check the empty box to ensure all included hardware was removed. From reading the instructions I think there was other hardware in the discarded box.) The installation went great except user instructions was not good and I am still having problems with on screen navigation.

Heather was efficient and very knowledgeable. Explained accessing optional internet features )Netflix and Amazon Prime). Gave me her business card if I had any questions in the future.

They came in, unboxed my TV, unhooked my old TV, reattached all wiring and assembled the TV and stand. Set it all up and voila, it was done.

After connecting my remotes to the TV, I can't use my Dish remote to change the volume or turn off the television like I could with the previous television.

The Geek Squad Tech came out to reset our new remote for my new Onkyo receiver. Fixed it in no time explained what happened and showed us why. No more remote control problems. Great job.

They helped me with downloading Netflix and Amazon Prime to my television. They also explained how easy it was for me to use these features.

The 2 Geek Squad technician arrived an politely and thoroughly explained what they needed to do and had the TV and soundbar mounted very quickly. Cleaned up after completion.
