I purchased the large screen TV installation and the Audio setup together. I have a new 55" 4K HD Sony TV and the 4K DVR and 4K audio system to replace my older TV, DVR and Audio system. Already having my Best Buy Total Tech Support coverage I only paid $49.99 for the installation and replacement of my old TV and DVR and $49.99 for the new 4K Audio setup. That made it very easy for me as it would have been very difficult for me to do this myself. They sent out two people to get it done. I'm very happy with the service rendered and this purchase.

The TV was set up and placed perfectly. The Geek Squad also took their time explaining the features of the TV.

The two gentlemen who came to hook up the new television were very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and were patient in reviewing everything with me.

After connecting my remotes to the TV, I can't use my Dish remote to change the volume or turn off the television like I could with the previous television.

Was very impressed with the timeliness, efficiency, courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge of these guys. Following the installation, I was shown all functions of the new remote and some of the basics on my new smart TV (65" Samsung). The support person let me know I could get free set up. He was absolutely terrific. He brought in the box, and took old TV, and all packing materials. He did all my set up with me. It was such a wonderful experience. Best Buy provides wonderful support with Geed Squad.

The Geek Squad really did a great job setting up my new TV. They did not leave until I was familiar with all of the new features this TV has. They were extremely helpful and friendly.

The young men that visited my home to install the TV were very professional. Went out of their way to make sure I was fully comfortable with the operation of the TV before leaving.

The geek guy did a great job setting up the new TV. Few days later I figured out how to get rid of the DVR and download the Spectrum app, saving me 15.00$ a month. Was going to have the Geek guy do that but totally forgot while he was here.

My Geek squad install was awesome. The guy I had (Matt) was the best and very attentive. Mounted it perfect to my furniture and totally showed me how everything worked. Worth the money!!
