Chris and Nate did an excellent job with our TV install. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and good representatives for Best Buy. They answered all questions we had and made good suggestions for TV care/usage going forward. A very pleasant experience.

HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT HE WAS TO DO. MOVED A TV TO ANOTHER ROOM TO PUT THE NEW ONE IN THAT PLACE. SPENT AN EXTRA BIT OF TIME SHOWING ME HOW TO USE THE REMOTE AN EVEN HAD ME USE THE REMOTE TO BE SURE I UNDERSTOOD HIM. WHAT A GREAT GEEK! HE DID SO MUCH TO HELP ME BECAUSE THE DELIVERY PERSON OF THE WASHER AND DRYER SAIS IT WASN'T ON HIS ORDER TO SET UP THE TV. I HAD BEEN ASSURED THAT IT WAS TO WORK THAT WAY. ANYWAY ALL WENT WELL AND I WISH I HAD TIME NOW TO LOOK THROUGH RECEIPTS TO FIND HIS NAME. HE'S DUE MANY SALUTATIONS!!

Work done was very professional. Guys left the extra parts with me in case we ever changed out the tv that we had them mount. Very neat any tidy.

We have always used Geek Squad to wall mount install any large TV we’ve purchased. They are efficient and knowledgeable and get the job done.

The geek squad did everything and cleaned up afterwards. The coordination between delivery and the geek squad when ordering online requires attention.
