    The two young men who set up my system were extremely professional and worked to make sure everything worked perfectly. They then showed me how to use the system. Perfect!!!!

    Geek squad was on time. Extremely neat. Very knowledgeable. Respectful of property. Went over 77 inch LG with myself and my son. Definitely a positive experience. Would highly recommend these two gentlemen - very Professional.

    Roland was efficient, got the TV up and running, connected my Apple IPad, and WiFi then made sure I understood how to use the system. Great teacher

    The tech was great and handle our questions regarding the 55" Sony TV installation - He also added our streaming apps. Unfortunately, we are still having problems transferring to the streaming apps from the remote input button, not functioning and we keep seeing the TV HMI2 flashing on the screen.

    Let the Pro's from the Geek Squad set up your new home theater, etc. They know exactly what to do, can do it in half the time you'd do it, and probably install the unit(s) more level, better quality installation etc. They even set up your remote for the new device and all associated devices! Better yet - become a Best Buy Total Tech member and save money. Mine paid for itself in 60 days.
