They came in set up my TV, explained how everything works. Very pleased with the service

Geek services for a new TV was seamless. Letting go of an old buddy TV that had serviced us well had been delayed, dreading the hassle of learning a new system. But this Geek Squad took us on to updated technology with new hook-ups with on site education. They were quick, efficient and full service! By the time they left I was ready to switch and hone in on the full capacity of the newest technology with ease, and success! Well worth the fee!! They left a contact number if additional assistance was needed, but it was a number that did not get used, because the instructions were that complete and great!

I really like this Samsung TV, but rather than mounting it on the wall I chose to keep it on its pedestal. It looks really nice in my home and I am happy with its performance thus far. The Geek Squad did a phenomenal job of setting the TV up for me and guiding me through how to use it.

I bought into Elite membership because it was a cost savings for work that I had to get done upon moving into my new house. Now that I have had it for a year, I do not see myself ever getting rid of it. It has been very, VERY useful. I used my membership to get a discounted price when Best Buy mounted a new television into my bedroom. Not only was the service done well, and quickly, it was discounted due to the membership. He did a good job setting up the tv , putting it on the tv stand and hiding all the wires .
