The Geek Squad installed my tv , and my Denon receiver , and my new blu ray player. It was a very good idea to have them install it perfectly.

The installer arrived on time and went right to work. Wasn't afraid of my dogs and took care to put booties on over his shoes. Pretty much had everything ready to go in about 30 minutes or so. No issues.

The guys who came to do our installations were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. I highly recommend them ... Especially if you are technically challenged as I am.

I had the Geek Squad set up my 55" LG OLDE Tv and they suggested I get a new mount that will allow to TV to move which my older mount did not allow. The technician arrived on time, he called for another tech to help him get it on the wall. They set it up quickly.

They arrived on time, worked quickly, answered my questions and cleaned up after themselves.

Geek Squad did a very good job eating up my TV and connecting all my streaming devices. They were here for an hour and 15 minutes for setup. They connected my cable and my Apple TV 4K. They also set up my sound bar. Good job overall.

They both helped us understand and appreciate the features of our new purchase. They both relieved us of any tech-phobia we may have had. A single mom family member in another state needed a new HDTV. Since I couldn't buy them one, install it and remove the old TV I let the Geek Squad handle it. The Geek Squad delivered the new HDTV, removed the big heavy TV and installed the new HDTV on the wall. They even setup the wifi, and got everything going. Then they hauled the old one off and disposed of it. Great service that was easy to use.

The guys brought the TV on time and installed it quickly and synced the remote to my cable system. Very smooth.

Techs wall mounted my 85 inch tv and connected my surround sound system and set it up completely.

They programmed all my apps and gave me instructions for using the remote. They followed guidelines for social distancing.
