    The Geek Squad techs (Carlos and David?) who installed my tv thoroughly understood the tv and guided me through the set up process including loading up my streaming apps. Great guys

    Geeks Squad once again performs great!...arrived on time stated, Moved one 65" large screen TV into another room, installed and programmed that, installed and programmed the New 75" replacement TV, set everything up, reprogrammed my Logitech remote controller, etc....cleaned up everywhere, took the empty boxes, reviewed all that was done checked to make sure I knew what & how it all worked. I have used Geek Squad services in over 5 new home moves, in 2 different states and they are excellent!

    I purchased Samsung QN55QN85 TV and Sony STRDH790 receiver at Black Friday sale. TV had to be delivered. The Geek Squad arrived when scheduled, with the TV. They set up the TV and receiver. Connected to my cable STB and existing Bose speakers. Provided some training on using the systems. The video and audio, with Dolby Atmos, are great.

    The placement and the installation of the 65" TV was done without a flaw and the old unit removed as agreed on in the contract! Due to a scheduling problem from the store, the sound did not come on the date promised but while the leader man worked on that problem and got a guaranteed delivery date and time on that, the helper did and outstanding job setting up a second system we had upstairs!! Our Geek Squad service would have done that at a later date on another call but this added service more than covered the second day delivery of the sound system !!

    I love the TV, a beautiful clear picture. The Geeks was professional and accurate. I had to order another part to hold the TV up, because my stand was not big enough for the legs underneath the TV.

    The Geek Squad was very professional in connecting all the devices. They even connected some wireless headphones we had previously. One issue. They did not know how to set it up with Google Home. But we were able to schedule a reset with no problem

    The two agents that came and set up my tv answered all my questions and showed me all the goodies my tv had to offer. They were very nice and friendly and made sure things were cleaned up when they left.

    Victim of West End Nashville Geek Squad Bullies.

    When, the Geek squad finally arrived after three weeks, I was refused installation by the agent because his helper who came with him would not assist him. Without him, no installation of any products. The helper who would not be given a name made up a story that he was going to throw up and vomit on himself, this was made up to get out of work. The agent said it was hopeless with this man and that it would never be installed due to him. I went outside with agent, Rajid, and the helper from West End Nashville Best Buy started immediately to Bully me and was yelling "You,You,You" at me . This is illegal behavior to defraud a senior, 70 Year Old Woman like me, of her purchases and bully her like that on her property. This is called "Senior Abuse" where it is illegal to defraud a senior age 50 or older and bully them. I will be talking to the Nashville Metro Police Fraud and Detection unit to file a police report on West End Nashville Geek Squad for fraudulent behavior towards a Senior Citizen in her home. I will request that this man and his supervisor be investigated by a Nashville Metro Detective assigned to this fraud case. We will see what happens. Criminal charges need to be filed on this. This man undermined his co-worker and deliberately and with premeditated behavior denied me my tv and tv stand setup and installation. Also, I was refused my haul off of my old tv that I paid for. When I asked the Agent if he would unplug my old tv and haul it way , he said no. I told him that I paid for this. I don't understand why I was abused at my home and why would a delivery man refuse to unplug my tv. I have researched complaints on this particular group of geek squad at West Nashville on the internet. This is a common behavior with them and other customers have not received the installation that they have paid for. This common occurrence with them is unacceptable. Shame on Best Buy West Nashville! Shame!

    I'm not great when it comes to electronics hook-ups so we had the Geek Squad service added to the purchase. So happy we did because Steve and Hunter did a fantastic job. They brought all the items to the house and Steve worked on the new items in the family room while Hunter took the old electronics downstairs and di the install down there. Great job! Highly recommend these guys!
