The agents showed up early (with notification) which was great. They hooked up my new TV and did initial setup in a timely, professional and knowledgeable manner.

The guys made all necessary connections. The were friendly, efficient and informative.

At first, I was a little hesitant to spend the extra $$ for installation, since the TV was going to simply be sitting on the mantle, but, it was an 85inch TV, and there was no way I wanted to risk my investment. Two men showed up, and actually arrived a little ahead of schedule. They completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and showed us how to use the TV. They moved our old TV to the basement, and took away all of the packaging. Both men were kind and courteous. Not having to tackle this myself was well worth it.

The agent was very friendly and helpful. He helped me move the TV I was replacing as well as mounting the new TV. He set everything up and made sure I understood how my new TV worked. He made sure all packing material was cleaned up and took one of my older TV's off my hands. In my opinion Job Well Done.

A single mom family member in another state needed a new HDTV. Since I couldn't buy them one, install it and remove the old TV I let the Geek Squad handle it. The Geek Squad delivered the new HDTV, removed the big heavy TV and installed the new HDTV on the wall. They even setup the wifi, and got everything going. Then they hauled the old one off and disposed of it. Great service that was easy to use.

Ashley was very knowledgeable, and wasn't in a hurry. She took the time to help me mazimize our new Fiber capability, She also helped us get connected to Hulu, and Satellite Radio. She also gave me her contact information in case we have more questions. I would rate her support as the best I have seen awhile. That is why I continue to depend on Best Buy for all of our home needs, from Televisions, to home and car stereos. I appreciate someone who does there best, and doesn't rush.

Can’t really rate them…on July 8 I scheduled this service for July 28. On afternoon of July 27 got a text telling me it was time to schedule the service. I had to go online and find out that “due to unforeseen circumstances” my appointment the next day was cancelled and I had to re-schedule it. Their next available time that was 3 weeks later…I’m hoping they will actually come out and do the job I paid them to do six weeks earlier.

the guys were very good and efficient. set it all up and gave me a few instructions with it. Nice job. good 2 man team.

Great complete Job by the Geek Tech, knows his stuff!!!

I recently had a new HD tv installed by my local Geek squad. The 2 techs that installed it were awesome. They explained everything and did a great job!

The Geek Squad is the best. The technicians are so smart and helpful. They are efficient and do repairs and installations in record time. I cannot live without them.

The Tech's set my TV and programmed it. I didn't have a care in the world. And even showed me, how to work it. Well worth the money.

The agents mounted my television and connected it to my xfinity box. The picture quality is fabulous.

The delivery went smoothly, they respected my home and setup the tv with no problems. They then showed me how to use the system and took the empty box and filling when they left. They also moved my old big screen tv to another room on the same floor.
