Victim of West End Nashville Geek Squad Bullies.

When, the Geek squad finally arrived after three weeks, I was refused installation by the agent because his helper who came with him would not assist him. Without him, no installation of any products. The helper who would not be given a name made up a story that he was going to throw up and vomit on himself, this was made up to get out of work. The agent said it was hopeless with this man and that it would never be installed due to him. I went outside with agent, Rajid, and the helper from West End Nashville Best Buy started immediately to Bully me and was yelling "You,You,You" at me . This is illegal behavior to defraud a senior, 70 Year Old Woman like me, of her purchases and bully her like that on her property. This is called "Senior Abuse" where it is illegal to defraud a senior age 50 or older and bully them. I will be talking to the Nashville Metro Police Fraud and Detection unit to file a police report on West End Nashville Geek Squad for fraudulent behavior towards a Senior Citizen in her home. I will request that this man and his supervisor be investigated by a Nashville Metro Detective assigned to this fraud case. We will see what happens. Criminal charges need to be filed on this. This man undermined his co-worker and deliberately and with premeditated behavior denied me my tv and tv stand setup and installation. Also, I was refused my haul off of my old tv that I paid for. When I asked the Agent if he would unplug my old tv and haul it way , he said no. I told him that I paid for this. I don't understand why I was abused at my home and why would a delivery man refuse to unplug my tv. I have researched complaints on this particular group of geek squad at West Nashville on the internet. This is a common behavior with them and other customers have not received the installation that they have paid for. This common occurrence with them is unacceptable. Shame on Best Buy West Nashville! Shame!

my agent set my tv and showed us all the features that the tv has which saved us time if we were trying to figure out ourself so far we have not had a problem good job!

The delivery went smoothly, they respected my home and setup the tv with no problems. They then showed me how to use the system and took the empty box and filling when they left. They also moved my old big screen tv to another room on the same floor.

There were 2 techs. Not sure if relevant but I was originally the last stop until the lead tech received a call to go back to a previous call. I set up most of the equipment so all they had to do was plug in 3 power cords and an HDMI. He did some programs, handed me 2 of the remote and instructed me to put them away I wouldn’t need them. AlexA was not hookup/programmed, no instructions except how to run it in and off. I purchased a Blu Ray player and while setting it up I received messages that I wasn’t connected to the Internet. I called Geek Squad and the CSR transferred me to the “expert” on this. I explains the issue to the expert and he needed to place me on hold so he could ask a colleague. When he returned, he went into what appeared to be a script explains I had an issue with my Internet and I need to call that provider. I didn’t interrupt him so he could continue to make up answers. I finally stopped him to ask if he knew what Geek Squad installed, he said he did. I then asked if he knew how wireless sound works and again he answers yes. So I explained to him that my sub and rear speakers are all wireless therefore they need Wi-Fi which requires Internet. That system was on and working as I was being lied to. Out of frustration I asked for a supervisor. By now I was already on the phone for half an hour without a resolution and now I’ve been on hold for over 5 minutes. I paid $200 for this? They plugged in 4 cables. I assembled the speaker stands and hooked up the FIOS cable to the TV. They didn’t have to hang anything on the walls and I had all the speakers in place. Soundbar on the TV stand, rear speakers on their stands and the sub behind the TV. So for my money I received 4 cables plugged in and zero customer service which I was told was unlimited for 30 days. I should have saved my $$$)

I didn't like that he showed up at 8pm to connect my 55in TV. But he was professional. Showed me how to work the features. He has a great sense of humor, and was quite funny.
