The geek squad got my tv hooked up and everything was working.. I’m so goo look ad they came.

I would give Kevin and Mike more than 5 stars, if I could. We're a senior couple and not exactly tech-savvy these days. They were fun, informative, kind, and patient. I never had the feeling that they were in a rush to get to their next job.

Our tech took less time to hang two tvs on racks by himself than our AV tech took to cut one hole and move the wire. Seriously the best at what he does.

I bought into Elite membership because it was a cost savings for work that I had to get done upon moving into my new house. Now that I have had it for a year, I do not see myself ever getting rid of it. It has been very, VERY useful. I used my membership to get a discounted price when Best Buy mounted a new television into my bedroom. Not only was the service done well, and quickly, it was discounted due to the membership. Keep up the great work!

the gentleman spent a lot of time making sure everything worked. A true professional. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood his answers.

Set up went well but nearly doubled the cost of the television with delivery fees.

Great TV with a beautiful picture. I was hesitant in being ready for a new TV but have enjoyed it. My neighbors even thought the picture is great.
