Geek squad came and installed my new TV and new soundbar. They hooked everything to one remote including the cable box.

The agent set up my TV and connected my Apple TV and Sound bar and programmed the remote so even I knew how to use it!

My Geek Squad man (I think his name was Brandon) did a great job installing the TV, had the proper "feet" for it (since the ones that came with the TV didn't fit my stand) and patiently showed me how to use both remotes and switch back and forth. He was great!

Gustavo was very professional when he delivered and connected my 75” LG TV set. He efficiently removed it from the box, making sure to put back the packing material in the box. Gustavo connected it to my cable box, and keyed in the proper settings. He was extremely polite and patient, and answered all our questions. We highly recommend him for future electronic installations.

Eric and Juan were so very knowledgeable about every single aspect of our new 75” TV, they set it up, perfectly, just where we wanted it, and trained us how to use it. They were respectful, kind, and did such a thorough job, we were thrilled. Juan and Eric totally went above and beyond in their work, good for them!!

Three hours after Caleb departed and the service was complete, the power was restored and our new home entertainment system worked perfectly, Thank you for a job well done, Caleb!

The installer arrived on time and went right to work. Wasn't afraid of my dogs and took care to put booties on over his shoes. Pretty much had everything ready to go in about 30 minutes or so. No issues.

Agent did a great job setting up my TCL tv. Explained how the Roku worked and showed me a sample of it.

I really liked the "window scheduling" and the Geek Squad called when they were 15 minutes out. Easy setup, but then I had everything ready. Console, outlets and cords.

These guys treated my place with respect, took their shoes off, installed the TV and guided me through manuals, and left the place super neat. I was impressed how polite they were. I know it's a little extra to pay, but in no way, I could lift and carry the box with 65" TV by myself. I'm glad Best Buy has Geek Squad available for these services.
