The guys came in and set up the tv. Job well done.

The team of two arrived on time, with a courteous call ahead of visit. These guys treated my place with respect, took their shoes off, installed the TV and guided me through manuals, and left the place super neat. I was impressed how polite they were. I know it's a little extra to pay, but in no way, I could lift and carry the box with 65" TV by myself. I'm glad Best Buy has Geek Squad available for these services.

This TV has actually gone above my expectations. The picture is absolutely superb. I highly recommend it.

George did a wonderful job. He went way above and beyond to get my TV installed. He was very helpful and professional. When the TV wouldn’t fit on the stand, due to the legs being so far apart, he helped to find me a mount that would work with the TV that would fit on the stand. He went and picked it up and then installed theTV to it. It works perfectly.

I got a call the day before to confirm the setup time. The team showed up on time and finished within two hours which included cable ties on all extra excess cables.

Geek Squad (really one guy) brought in, set up and connected it to Comcast. He installed our sound bar and adjusted it to work properly. He made sure all the apps worked and showed us how the menu worked. Made sure all the updates were downloaded. He was very thorough and polite.

Although it took almost 2 weeks to be done, I was very happy with the agents helpfulness to set up my new Roku device.

Everything was great except the headphones are not connecting with the TV. Would like a follow up to get them connected.
