Geek Squad did a very good job eating up my TV and connecting all my streaming devices. They were here for an hour and 15 minutes for setup. They connected my cable and my Apple TV 4K. They also set up my sound bar. Good job overall.

The agents were excellent. My only criticism would be that they didn't know they were supposed to connect the audio system to the television because the sales person did not include that in the paperwork, so they didn't have time to do it all in the first trip. It was not their fault and they were apologetic. Very good and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend them.

Agents mounted TV to my existing wall mount. They had to lower it 10" to retain same TV level but did it quickly. Set up operation of TV very quickly but original price of service was $250 and don't feel it would be worth that price. $200 is questionable. $150 would be more in line.

Your agent connected my TV to all my devices. She was on time, professional and answered all my questions.

Everything was great except the headphones are not connecting with the TV. Would like a follow up to get them connected.

Tony and Donnie did an advanced installation with 65” tv and set up the sound bar. They did excellent work in very quick time.

Charles Trask and Andrew Coy at the Panama City,FL Best Buy Store were great. They took out my existing tv and put it in another room then they installed my 50" Sony,and made sure everything was working properly.Showed me how to work the tv and remote.....They left their number in case I had questions later. They were fast,and took all the trash with them(They don't want the customer putting out the cardboard because it might attract thieves),and were polite. I know that not all Geek Squad employees are this way I guess it's the people they hire in some places. I believe that overall they are all great. I recommend the ones in Panama City,FL.
