Great service delivery timely

Geek Squad performed as needed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.David called ahead to inform me that the service window (four hours) could be shortened to two hours so I did not have to wait. He arrived at the scheduled time. He tested the equipment and determined that the TV "mother board" was "broken" (my words) and the TV needed to be replaced. It had served us well for almost 7years. Sad news but I needed to move on and with his helpful advice selected a replacement from Best Buy's stock the next day. It will be delivered and set-up will be done by the Geek Squad. This is an excellent service.
