    I was very pleased with the subcontractor that Best Buy sent to do the installation of this TV. Communication is great I arrived. They said they would and he did all he could to get the job done right frankly I was more pleased with this service, and I was from the more recent tech-support from Best Buy direct employee representative! That said, generally speaking, I do like having your tech support, which I know I’ve had for four years
