Geek Squad setup and installed 55' TV & Blu-Ray
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to replace my old TV, and the Geek Squad installed it along with the new blue ray player and connected everything up to my Direct TV and insured my streaming services were connected and working. They were actually a little earlier than anticipated and were very helpful . Can't recommend enough.

Stephen Michaels quick installation

He hooked it up explained everything to me . He was excellent. He told me if I needed anymore help to call him. I called I was having trouble getting my WI-FI password in. He came back and put in my password after he got off from work.

Well worth it.

Still have questions.

Do not understand why channels such as Kanopy could not installed without a ROKU. Also, do not understand why I need two remotes, one for the tv and the other for the sound bar. My last tv, a 50" Insignia, which died after two years was able to be controlled by one remote.
