Frank and his partner from the Frederick, MD store were excellent. I had problems with the first TV I ordered - it never showed up and I couldn't get any confirmation about the status of the order from the Best Buy call center - even after repeated calls. Ended up cancelling that order, and placed an order for a newer model. Frank understood my frustration with the initial order, was apologetic for the way it was handled (or mishandled) - got the 2nd order delivered, set up, and made sure everything was functioning well. He then took the extra step to advocate for me with the store manger and got a reduction on the purchase price as a compensation for the mishandling on my initial order. This was above and beyond my expectation. Thanks Frank!! Much appreciated.

Geek Squad agent was superior. He came on time, did the setup, clean up, and very patient with us on the orientation. Geek Squad is absolutely the best, and we appreciate the agent that did the setup for us. He did an AMAZING job, answered our questions and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

The technicians were prompt, extremely courteous and extremely professional. They did an excellent job with the mounting and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed. Have had these same two technicians for previous work and they are always professional!

The agents mounted my tv and connected all my devices. They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their service.

The guys brought the television down to the basement entertainment area and set it up very quickly and efficiently. They programmed it in minutes and checked it out. They even hauled away the old tv. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely will do it again next time.

The two squad members were very professional. Worked efficiently and quickly. When the T V was in place they set it up and instructed me how to access all the features. They made sure I was knowledgeable about the product and happy with everything.

I couldn't be any more satisfied with the Geek Squad service that was completed on December 16th. The two men brought my new replacement Insignia TV (which I love) up to the second floor and while one of the men took the TV that wasn't being replaced to their van the other man did a masterful and professional job of setting up my new TV and he didn't leave until he had taught me in detail how to go about using my new one. This was not my first time having the Geek Squad set up a new TV for me and each time I can honestly say that I have been very happy with both the results of their efforts and of course both TVs. I highly recommend the Geek Squad out of Best Buy for your product requirements and for their great work.

The Geek Squad members were great. They were very knowledgeable, accomplished the task with no issues and were very helpful in giving some instructions on the operation.

Great TV for the price, My son purchased same TV and recommended it to us . Ordered it online, delivery was free and it arrived within a few days of my order. Picture clarity and sound are great . Easy to set up and navigate remote .

The agent mounted my 70 inch TV, put together my TV stand, placed all the cords in and mounted to the wall, program my logic remote control to the TV, Wii, DVD and DirectV box. They work quickly and show me and my husband how yo operate the remote control. What an awesome team.

New tv has great sound and picture qualty. Controls are easy to set up and use. Having a smart tv really does make streaming and watching cable programs easy

To: Best Buy Representatives, Portage MI store managers: Ryan #1: Our most recent TV improvement went especially well: Initially we spent time with 2-3 Best Buy Store agents, but Ryan#1 (Samsung representative) contributed substantially to the initial sale. He (and his store colleagues) were especially helpful and uncommonly patient with the depth of questions that arose as a by-product of this sale. The price drop(s) that apparently happened were also a substantial contribution to our decision. While we have purchased our last 5-6 TVs (and numerous other items) from Best Buy, this was a most memorable experience. Ryan #2: This sale was followed by a Best Buy in-home installation. Ironically it was a different Ryan that exhibited ALL form of prowess, experience (and patience) during this event. He addressed all form of questions and even left a business card to enable follow up questions as they occurred. He and his associate (helper) clearly exceeded any imagined expectation. Please do whatever is necessary to retain these valued representatives.

The installation of my TV and related components went pretty well. Geek Squad guys know their stuff. Happy to answer any questions with good explanations. Easy to understand. They went above and beyond in my experience. When they were done, they took away all the boxes. Little things like that.

The geeks did a great job mounting our huge new tv. These guys brought in everything carefully, and were so knowledgeable about the devices. Super tidy, they also advised us of a hook up that was not necessary, and we were able to return that item for a refund. All works perfectly.

The agent came and setup the tv with the cable hookup etc. because we are Older it is difficult to deal with newer technologies. It was well worth the cost.

The Samsung 65” is a great tv with all options you would want. The Geek squad service was superior. They took time needed and when didn’t have an accessory, they had it on truck to purchase, and was super patient with install. Highly recommend.

Great job; the Geek delivery team install our TV even thought they were only scheduled to deliver the set. We ha d been waiting for weeks and had purchased the TV as Christmas gift and having it installed was a great surprise.
