I've used Geek Squad many times with the changing of technology and upgrades in my home. The staff are always punctual, polite, professional, and efficient. I'm thankful for their help in always saving the day when I buy something new. I will continue to use them and refer them to others.

Geek squad carried tv in effortlessly and set it up along with sound bar and Blu-ray player in a short time. Courteous and knowledgeable young people who are happy to help. I feel confident that The Geek Squad is the way to go.

All the equipment was installed and connected to each other. The old equipment was removed and recycled. All the remotes were set up and we received instructions/training on how to work everything. Couldn't have done it without their assistance!

Geek Squad associates did an excellent job mounting my Sony TV on the provided Sanus stand. They also wired it into my existing home theater audio equipment and set everything up. It was a thoroughly professional job and I am very pleased.

The agents set up my new Smart TV (replacing a ten year old one that was not so Smart!). They connected to my cable and streaming services. So much better than trying to do it myself!

Two very capable guys installed everything needed for our new TV to operate properly. They set up the remote and installed our devices to the TV. All of this was done in a matter of minutes. They made sure we were able to operate the TV before leaving.

Although I was a bit skeptical about Total Tech and the offer to deliver and set up my TV, I was pleasantly surprised. The process was simple. The schedule had a huge window but that started to narrow down the night before. The guys called and offered to come early after an earlier appointment was cancelled. They arrived as expected, were vary professional and helpful. They worked quickly and knowledgeably. They let me know what they were doing and showed me how to use the remote. It turned out to be great service.

Michael was very patient and knowledgeable and reviewed everything with me. I continue to be very pleased with Best Buy and with the Geek squad.

Outstanding Service. First TV arrived damaged (not the fault of the delivery/setup guys-the exterior box showed no signs of damage or abuse). They promptly delivered a replacement and comped delivery and setup (on my entertainment center) and set it up to work with all my peripheral devices. Took time to explain features and answer my questions. Friendly service, quick work, very knowledgeable - a great experience. So happy I opted for setup by Best Buy

The Geek Squad set up my new TV. They arrived on time and and were finished quickly without rushing. They were very competent and answered all my questions. They even gave me a phone number so I could call them if I had any problems. Since everything worked well, I did not need to call. The service was so great that I decided to purchase the full coverage for all my future purchases.

Very nice young men, both were very helpful and knowledgable. Made sure we were satisfied and made sure we knew how to use. Even offered to move TV they were replacing! Taught us how to use remote and even programmed current remote.

We paid extra for the setup of the new TV and movement of old TV to another room. Good thing we did because the setup crew also added our devices such as our Blu-Ray player and Amazon 4K Fire Stick. They also made sure our connection to the COX TV subscription service worked fine and that all these items were added to the new TVs main menu with their proper names. They made sure we understood how to select what we wanted to watch! They usually remove the box the TV comes in and it’s packing material. We asked them to leave box and packing. for us to keep. They then cut a few holes in the box and made straps so this large box would be easier for us to carry! Very helpful and thoughtful of them! What a great job this crew did! Five Stars!
